Putrajaya to come up with new plans to improve sports, says PM

As the Paris 2024 Olympic Games concluded for Malaysia, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government is coming up with new plans to improve the national sports performance. 00:25Hopefully, in the future, we will prepare new strategies to improve the performance of athletes in the country.

00:40But in the meantime, let's not be complacent because the children and athletes have tried their best.

00:50There are many uncertainties outside the world.

01:03Japan suffered earthquake and the Ukrainian war is still continuing and the Middle East is not peace.

01:08What do you think are the outside factors that will impact on Malaysia's economic in the future?

01:15Right now, we are on track but we are also mindful of the geopolitical and international impact.
