00:00Good afternoon, dear colleagues.

00:12The topic of our meeting is the situation in the border territories of Russia, Bryansk,

00:16Belgorod, and Kursk regions, of course.

00:21An assessment of the current events must be given.

00:25And this will be done.

00:27But the main thing now is to solve the urgent problems that are developing at the moment,

00:33as well as based on forecasts for the development of the situation, of course.

00:39The main task is facing the Ministry of Defense, to squeeze out and dislodge the enemy from

00:46our territories, and, together with the Border Service, to ensure reliable coverage of our

00:53state border.

00:54The Federal Security Service, together with the Russian National Guard, must ensure a

01:01counter-terrorism regime and an effective fight against sabotage and reconnaissance

01:09groups of the enemy.

01:12And the Russian National Guard has its own combat missions.

01:17Civilian agencies are obliged to ensure the supply of law enforcement agencies with everything

01:22they need.

01:23I will not list everything, but, of course, this concerns industry, transport, the construction

01:31complex, medicine, and financial support.

01:35And finally, together with the leaders of the relevant regions, we must focus on the

01:42main task.

01:45And this is support for our people who need help and protection before moving on to work.

01:52And giving the floor to the participants of the meeting, I will add a few more words.

02:04It is becoming obvious why the Kiev regime refused our proposals to return to a peaceful

02:09settlement plan, as well as to the proposals of interested and neutral mediators.

02:18Apparently, the enemy, with the help of its Western masters, and they are fulfilling

02:26their will, since the West is fighting us with the hands of Ukrainians, so, apparently,

02:38the enemy is striving to improve its negotiating positions in the future, but what kind of

02:44negotiations can we talk about with people who indiscriminately strike at civilians,

02:53at civilian infrastructure, or try to create threats to nuclear power facilities?

03:04What can we even talk about with them?

03:06Second, such actions, of course, pursue the main military goal, namely, to stop the advance

03:13of our troops to completely liberate the territories of the Lugansk, Donetsk People's

03:18Republics and the territory of Novorossiya, so what?

03:23What is happening on the line of combat contact, what are the results?

03:28The pace of offensive operations of the Russian armed forces, volunteers, veterans not only

03:33has not decreased, but on the contrary, this pace has increased by one and a half times.

03:41Our armed forces are advancing along the entire line of combat contact.

03:46And finally, there is another obvious goal of the enemy to sow discord, dissension in

03:54our society, to intimidate people, to destroy the unity, cohesion of Russian society, that

04:02is, to strike a blow to the domestic political situation.

04:10But here too there is already a response from the citizens of Russia.

04:14This is the unanimous support of all those who have fallen into trouble.

04:19This is support for the army, and an increase, which is very important.

04:25An increase in the number of those wishing to join our men, our fighters, who heroically

04:30defend Russia, with weapons in their hands.

04:34The number of those wishing to sign contracts with the Ministry of Defense has increased

04:39in recent days.

04:43The leaders of the Kiev regime not only commit crimes against the Russian people, but, in

04:51fact, they have embarked on the path of extermination of the Ukrainians themselves.

04:56The Ukrainian people, apparently, whom they no longer consider their people.

05:03The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces are increasing dramatically for them, including

05:08among the most combat-ready units and divisions that the enemy is transferring to our state

05:13border.

05:14Of course, the enemy will receive a worthy response.

05:20And all the goals that we face will, without a doubt, be achieved.
