00:00I'm here in the village of Murhitsia. It is in Sumy region and only five kilometers away from
00:05the Russian border. We're a few dozens kilometers away from Suja, this city in Kursk region, which is
00:13actually still a week later, a week after the first incursion, Ukrainian incursion,
00:18into Russian territory, Suja, which is under control of Ukrainian forces. Why am I here in
00:26this border village? Because here on the Ukrainian side, there are also evacuations being
00:31carried out day in, day out, because those villages, well, there's still population there,
00:36local population, which live under the daily threat of Russian shelling. Here in this village,
00:41only a few days ago, there were two children killed just in front of their mother in a bombing
00:49from Russia. Here I'm in front of a house where an elderly lady has asked to be evacuated by the
00:56Red Cross. And just to give you an idea, she's never lived anywhere else. And as much as she
01:03had asked for help, now that the time has come to leave her house where she simply doesn't want
01:08to leave, she's afraid of not having anywhere else to go. And the humanitarians are trying to
01:15pursue her, to reassure her, to tell her she will be taken in charge. And her case is just
01:20representative of what's happening to thousands of people living near the front line, being under
01:26direct threat of Russian bombing. Here in Sumy region, the civilians have been paying a very
01:32high price because Sumy region has been shelled hundreds of times this month only by Russian forces.
