The average prospective home buyer puts an offer in on a property after only spending twenty minutes looking around, with some bidding after as little as five minutes. What's the shortest amount of time you'd spend viewing a property before putting an offer in? Would you put an offer in sooner if you thought there were others in the running? What sort of things are you looking out for when viewing a house?

00:00five minutes, just the state of Bristol housing is so difficult to find anything that you kind of
00:04have to be as quick as possible and being like oh god please just like hopefully I'll have somewhere
00:08to lay over. Recently we've been doing a lot of property search so yeah I just had an auction that
00:20I was involved in and we had to view the property quite quickly because there was quite a lot of
00:25people coming in and out so we only got to view the property I would say less than five minutes
00:32yeah and I did put in an offer which we lost. And what kind of things would you look at when
00:38looking around a house what would you look for? Mostly damp at the moment because it's like I'm
00:42really allergic to mould and damp and I've had massive issues with that especially as like
00:46student properties here in Bristol just completely neglected and so it's like
00:50definitely damp now because it's so frustrating having to deal with that
00:56yeah that's that's the main thing really at the moment.
