00:30Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says, you are afraid of a punishment that will not only befall the wrongdoers among you.
00:43This means that there is a situation where Allah's punishment will befall the transgressors and the righteous people at the same time.
00:52When will that happen? I will tell you in today's episode of My Quran Time, Quran, Salat and Infaq.
01:22In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
01:52In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
02:23May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala open the doors of our hearts so that we can live and practice the Quran.
02:36Alhamdulillah, today we will explain the 24th verse in Surah Al-Anfal and the 25th verse in Surah Al-Anfal, page 179.
02:51The 24th verse and the 25th verse.
02:55You can open the Quran for preparation for the third session because we will have the Tajweed.
03:03Alhamdulillah, today I am still accompanied by my Sahabah, Al-Fadhil Ustadh Tirmizi.
03:10Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
03:12Waalaikumussalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
03:14I am worried because I see that there is a writing.
03:17Ustadh Tirmizi is a writer.
03:19Every time I go to the market, I buy a bowl of Laksa.
03:25People with knowledge are very noble, just like Dr. Arif. I am loved by him every time.
03:31Allah Allah Allah.
03:33Thank you Dr. Arif.
03:35The episode will come inshallah.
03:37We have waited for so many episodes, Ustadh.
03:39It's okay, doctor. Subhanallah.
03:41How are you?
03:42I am fine, Alhamdulillah.
03:43Alhamdulillah.
03:44How are you, dear?
03:45Alhamdulillah, doctor.
03:46Before we start, can you share a little bit with our students,
03:54such as Al-Fadhil Ustadh Tirmizi at USIM.
03:56Yes.
03:57Can you share a little bit of fun or how far they are with Al-Quran.
04:03Because there are many fields, right?
04:05Yes, that's right. Alhamdulillah.
04:06If I want to share with Al-Fadhil Ustadh Tirmizi,
04:08because we are actually USIM graduates, right?
04:10Yes, inshallah.
04:11Alhamdulillah.
04:12We are at the studio and our audience is at home.
04:14USIM is one of the universities that is close to my heart,
04:18since I am a lecturer at the Faculty of Quran and Sunnah.
04:21USIM is basically, for your information,
04:24an integration between the knowledge of transmission and logic.
04:27Subhanallah.
04:28It means that we try to combine the knowledge of Quran and Sunnah
04:32or the knowledge of revelation itself with new knowledge.
04:37Therefore, Alhamdulillah, Ustadh,
04:39at USIM, many of our students memorize Al-Quran.
04:42Subhanallah.
04:43Many of them memorize Al-Quran,
04:44but it depends on the program.
04:45Some memorize 5 juz, some memorize 3 juz.
04:47So it depends on the program.
04:49Interestingly, Ustadh,
04:50our medical students also memorize Al-Quran.
04:52Subhanallah.
04:53The logic and the transmission, right?
04:55Yes. If they don't memorize, they can't graduate.
04:57Alhamdulillah.
04:58That's what I wanted to say.
05:00If we can share,
05:01many times we hear from students abroad, like in the Middle East,
05:04they must have memorized a few juz, right?
05:06Yes.
05:07Alhamdulillah.
05:08At USIM, Alhamdulillah, we do that.
05:10We try to bring the Quran,
05:13to glorify the Quran in our campus.
05:16Alhamdulillah.
05:17Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah.
05:18Thank you, Ustadh.
05:19Can we open a USIM session?
05:21Yes, we can.
05:22Alhamdulillah, ladies and gentlemen.
05:23May Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
05:25As I mentioned earlier,
05:26we are at verse number 24,
05:28InshaAllah, at page number 179.
05:30Let's start with our short prayer.
05:32Yes.
05:44Ladies and gentlemen,
05:45may Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
05:47First, let's look at our synopsis for today.
05:50The first one is Surah Al-Anfal,
05:52in verse number 24.
05:53It is a reference to Allah and His Messenger,
05:55for a noble and eternal life.
05:58A noble and eternal life.
06:01On the other hand,
06:02in verse number 25,
06:03it is a reminder and a warning
06:05to the slander of evil.
06:07What is meant by these two points,
06:10InshaAllah,
06:11we will try to clarify them together,
06:13InshaAllah, after this.
06:14But before that,
06:15as usual,
06:16Ustadh,
06:17I would like to ask Ustadh to read
06:18verse number 24 and verse number 25.
06:21Please, Ustadh.
06:22Thank you, Ustadh.
06:23Dr. Muhammad Arif.
06:24Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
06:25Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
06:27Alhamdulillah.
06:29Peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Messenger,
06:30and upon his family and companions.
06:32Ayat and bonda, ladies and gentlemen,
06:34Muslims and non-Muslims.
06:35To the audience,
06:36who loves Al-Quran,
06:38always be with Al-Quran.
06:40We are very glad that we are together
06:41in this episode.
06:42Alhamdulillah,
06:43we are now at the end,
06:46or at the end of page 179.
06:48Two verses that we want to read
06:50in this episode.
06:52Verse number 24
06:53and also verse number 25.
06:56Why don't we start with the Taranum Ras
07:01Read it out loud, what is Taranum?
07:04Taranum Ras, one more time
07:06If you are in the Zanjeer, there is also Taranum Ras
07:09Is there a Ta behind Ras?
07:11There is a Ta, Ras Sinta
07:14So, we will try
07:16I remember Dr. Arif always read with Taranum Ras
07:20I am not good at it
07:22Let's try
07:23In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
07:53And fear Allah, He is the One who will judge between man and his heart
08:00And know that Allah is the One who will judge between man and his heart
08:10And that to Him you will be gathered
08:17And fear a trial that will not afflict those who have wronged among you in particular
08:32And know that Allah is severe in punishment
08:46Allah Almighty has spoken the truth
08:53O you who believe!
08:54Fulfill the desire of Allah and His Messenger
08:56When He commands you to do something that will give you life
09:00And know that Allah is the One who will judge between man and his heart
09:04And that to Him you will be gathered
09:08And protect yourself from a trial that will not only afflict those who have wronged among you
09:13And know that Allah is severe in punishment
09:16Ladies and gentlemen,
09:17In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
09:19If we look at this verse
09:21Firstly, Allah commands those who believe to fulfill the desire of Allah and His Messenger
09:29This verse is similar to the previous verse
09:32In the 20th verse
09:34O you who believe!
09:38Repent to Allah and His Messenger
09:41Do not turn away from obeying Allah and His Messenger
09:45But listen
09:46Then Allah talks about how the worst of all creatures are those who are deaf and mute
09:52Hearing Allah's words but not obeying
09:56Heard but did not hear
09:59Then Allah says
10:01If Allah knows there is kindness in their hearts
10:04Allah will grant them the understanding
10:06But because Allah knows, if Allah gives understanding to them as well, they will not follow because of their ego and arrogance.
10:16Then we come to the 24th verse. Allah says,
10:23O you who believe! Fulfill the desires of Allah and His Messenger.
10:26If we look at the Arabic language, if the scholars say,
10:31As if we are answering, as if Allah says,
10:41But if we look at this sentence in depth, it is not ajibu, it is istajibu.
10:47It has sin and taq.
10:49In the Arabic language, if there is an alif sin taq, it means request.
10:54What does request mean?
10:57A request.
10:58For example,
10:59If we say,
11:01If we say,
11:02It means to forgive.
11:06But if we say,
11:10We are asking for forgiveness.
11:12It is the same here.
11:14Ajibu means to ask for forgiveness.
11:16But if we say istajibu, it is as if we are asking for forgiveness.
11:23As if it is a stronger command.
11:27So the scholars, when they interpret this sentence,
11:30They say,
11:31When we recite the command of Allah,
11:34It means that we should recite the command of Allah with determination.
11:38It means that we should be ready,
11:40And we should be serious.
11:42It means that we should be determined to follow the command of Allah and His Messenger.
11:47That is all for now.
11:49We will stop for a while.
11:50Do not go anywhere.
11:51My Quran Time.
11:52Quran, Salat and Infaq.
12:26To be continued...
12:56What is the solution?
12:57Let's find out.
12:59The sound of life means the life of the country.
13:27Quran, Salat and Infaq.
13:56Quran, Salat and Infaq.
14:26Quran, Salat and Infaq.
14:56Quran, Salat and Infaq.
15:23Alhamdulillah.
15:24We are back in My Quran Time.
15:26Quran, Salat and Infaq.
15:28Ladies and gentlemen,
15:29May Allah SWT bless you.
15:30We are still on page 179, verse 24.
15:36We mentioned a while ago,
15:38How Allah SWT said,
15:40استجيبوا لله و للرسول.
15:43O you who believe,
15:44You must fulfill the command of Allah and His Messenger.
15:48And we mentioned a while ago,
15:50When there is an alif in front of it,
15:52It means request.
15:54As if this verse said,
15:55استجيبوا لله و للرسول.
15:57بحسن استعداد و نشاط.
16:00What does it mean?
16:01When we are fully prepared,
16:03It means we wait for the command of Allah and His Messenger,
16:06And we are also enthusiastic.
16:08And when Allah says,
16:09Indeed, you should pray Jum'ah.
16:11Then we are enthusiastic to pray Jum'ah.
16:14استجيبوا لله و للرسول.
16:16إذا دعاكم لما يحييكم.
16:20فاستجيبوا لله و للرسول.
16:22إذا دعاكم لما يحييكم.
16:24إذا دعاكم لما يحييكم.
16:27It is an interesting verse.
16:29فاستجيبوا لما يحييكم.
16:31حية. حية is life.
16:34So, when Allah says,
16:35استجيبوا لله و للرسول.
16:37When the Messenger calls you,
16:40To do something that can give you life.
16:45In Tafsir scholars,
16:46In Tafsir scholars,
16:47He will say,
16:48لِمَ يُسْلِحْ حُكُم.
16:49It means,
16:50The actions that can improve your life.
16:54Here, to give life.
16:56As if,
16:58All the commands of Allah SWT,
17:01And all the commands of the Messenger of Allah SAW,
17:05Are something that can revive our hearts.
17:09To give us a noble life.
17:13A peaceful life.
17:15A life that leads to the light of Allah.
17:19So, if we understand like this,
17:22Other than the commands of Allah and His Messenger,
17:24Or we say,
17:25What is the fault of the commands of Allah and His Messenger?
17:28It leads to death, actually.
17:31And the most dangerous death,
17:32Is the death of the heart itself.
17:34If our heart is dead,
17:37Then, all the Quran,
17:40And all the Sunnah of the Prophet SAW,
17:45Cannot be used anymore.
17:47But, if we always act,
17:49We always act with the commands of Allah,
17:51We always approach the Sunnah of the Prophet SAW,
17:55All of this will give us a noble life,
17:58In this world and the hereafter.
18:00A noble life,
18:01Not only in this world,
18:03But also in the hereafter.
18:06So, we want this life,
18:08We want something that can revive our hearts.
18:10That's why, if we see,
18:12Sometimes on Instagram,
18:14Sometimes we follow,
18:15There are several pages that talk about,
18:17How people who have just converted to Islam,
18:20Right?
18:21So, they always share,
18:23In the pages that I often see,
18:25Sometimes, they say,
18:26Before this, they felt as if,
18:28They were dead.
18:30They felt as if,
18:31This life has no function.
18:33This life,
18:34There is no wisdom behind it.
18:36But, when they converted to Islam,
18:39They felt as if,
18:40They were born again.
18:42As if, they were born again.
18:44So, they started to understand,
18:45The purpose of life.
18:47They started to understand,
18:48What should be done, actually.
18:50Before this, they were busy with their lives,
18:52With eating, drinking, drinking,
18:53Partying, and so on.
18:55Now, they understand,
18:56Actually, I was not created,
18:58To have fun.
19:00But, I was created,
19:01To worship the Almighty.
19:03So, they started to feel as if,
19:05This is the situation where,
19:07Before this, their hearts were dead,
19:09Because they were far from Al-Quran and Sunnah.
19:11So, now,
19:12When they are closer to Al-Quran and Sunnah,
19:14Then,
19:15Their hearts will be revived.
19:19All the commands of Allah and His Messenger,
19:21Ladies and Gentlemen,
19:22Allah SWT,
19:23Will revive our hearts.
19:25Then,
19:26He will give us the real life,
19:28In the hereafter.
19:30Then, Allah SWT continues,
19:33And,
19:37Indeed, Allah limits,
19:40Allah SWT,
19:41Limits between man and his heart.
19:43And,
19:44Only to Allah,
19:45Will you all be gathered.
19:47How does Allah limit, ladies and gentlemen?
19:49If we read,
19:50How does Allah limit,
19:52Between a person and his heart?
19:54Scholars,
19:55Give two interpretations,
19:57In this verse.
19:58Two interpretations, ladies and gentlemen.
19:59Do not go anywhere,
20:00Listen to these two interpretations.
20:02We are not advertising, ladies and gentlemen.
20:04Just wait.
20:05وَعَلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ
20:08When,
20:09Allah limits,
20:10Between a person and his heart,
20:13It means,
20:15Our hearts,
20:17Will be revived,
20:19By Allah SWT.
20:20That is the first interpretation.
20:22It means,
20:23Whatever we do,
20:25Actually,
20:26All our desires,
20:27Are connected,
20:28To Allah SWT.
20:30That is why,
20:32We always read,
20:33Or we are taught,
20:35To pray,
20:36اللَّهُمَّ يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبُ وَالْأَبْصَارِ
20:39صَبِّتْ قُلُوبَنَا عَلَىٰ دِينِكَ
20:42O Allah,
20:43Who,
20:44Reverses the heart of man,
20:46You,
20:47Put,
20:48Our hearts,
20:49On,
20:50Your religion.
20:51There is even,
20:52A hadith,
20:53Riwayat Ahmad,
20:54That,
20:55A person's heart,
20:56Is in,
20:57The fingers of,
20:58The fingers of,
20:59The mercy.
21:00يُقَلِّبُهَا كَيْفَ شَأْ
21:02It means,
21:03Allah SWT,
21:04Reverses,
21:05The heart,
21:06As,
21:07He wishes.
21:08So,
21:09We say that,
21:10The first interpretation,
21:12Refers to,
21:13To,
21:14How,
21:15Allah SWT,
21:16Has the power,
21:17To,
21:18Reverse,
21:19The heart,
21:20Of man.
21:21So,
21:22We should not,
21:23Be too harsh,
21:24And say,
21:25My faith is strong,
21:26There is no problem.
21:27Right?
21:28Come on,
21:29Come on,
21:30Inshallah,
21:31I will confirm.
21:32So,
21:33We should not be like that.
21:34We should always,
21:35Put our trust,
21:36Our dependence,
21:37On,
21:38Allah SWT.
21:39That is the first interpretation.
21:40The second interpretation,
21:41Is quite interesting.
21:42وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ
21:45And,
21:46Know that,
21:47Allah limits,
21:48Between,
21:49A person,
21:50And his heart.
21:51What does it mean?
21:52It means,
21:53Sometimes,
21:54He wants something,
21:55Right?
21:56But,
21:57Allah,
21:58Limits,
21:59Him,
22:00From reaching,
22:01His desire,
22:02By,
22:03Killing him.
22:04As an example.
22:05As an example.
22:06This person,
22:07Is young.
22:08Still young.
22:09Below 20 years old.
22:10He said,
22:11He said,
22:12Oh, he is young, right?
22:13Oh, he is young.
22:14So, he said,
22:15This life,
22:16We have to enjoy.
22:17So,
22:18We also said to him,
22:19But,
22:20We have to take care,
22:21We have to take care of,
22:22Allah's commands,
22:23Because,
22:24When I get old,
22:25I see people,
22:26Begging.
22:27The mosque is full of people,
22:28Begging.
22:29When I beg,
22:30I come to the mosque.
22:31يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ
22:33So,
22:34Suddenly,
22:35He didn't reach,
22:36Where he wanted to go.
22:37Before he beg,
22:38Allah SWT,
22:39Pulled his soul,
22:40So,
22:41It didn't reach,
22:42His desire.
22:43As if,
22:44This verse,
22:45Says to us,
22:46If we want to do good deeds,
22:47Don't,
22:48Be stubborn.
22:49If we want to repent,
22:50Don't be stubborn.
22:51Because,
22:52We don't know,
22:53When Allah,
22:54Will limit us,
22:55With what we want.
22:56Right?
22:57People who are still,
22:58In the LGBT,
22:59For example,
23:00They are still,
23:01Girlfriend,
23:02Men,
23:03Women,
23:04We say to them,
23:05Enough,
23:06Enough of this.
23:07Until when,
23:08Do you want to continue,
23:09To be in this mindset?
23:10He said,
23:11Later,
23:12I'll change,
23:13To be a man again.
23:14Right?
23:15But,
23:16It didn't reach,
23:17Until he got old,
23:18Allah SWT,
23:19Pulled his soul.
23:20يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ
23:21So,
23:22His teaching,
23:23Don't be stubborn.
23:24If you want,
23:25To give alms,
23:26Give alms now.
23:27If you have money,
23:28If you don't have money,
23:29Don't.
23:30If you have money,
23:31Give alms now.
23:32If you want to perform Hajj,
23:33Don't wait,
23:34Until,
23:35Until,
23:36We say,
23:37Oh,
23:38When I'm 50,
23:3960 years old,
23:40I want to perform Hajj.
23:41If we get,
23:42The call of Hajj,
23:43And we are able,
23:44At that time,
23:45Perform Hajj.
23:46But,
23:47Ustaz,
23:48My job is busy,
23:49If I leave my job,
23:50How do we,
23:51How do we,
23:52Prioritize,
23:53The will of others,
23:54Over the will of Allah,
23:55Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
23:56Yes.
23:57Always prioritize,
23:58Allah and His Messenger,
23:59Over other things.
24:00Insyallah,
24:01If we do other things,
24:02Sincerely,
24:03Insyallah,
24:04He will follow.
24:05Whoever chases the world,
24:06Sometimes,
24:07The world will leave him.
24:08But,
24:09Whoever chases Allah and His Messenger,
24:10Insyallah,
24:11The world will follow him.
24:12Only,
24:13I said,
24:14It must be done well.
24:15Don't leave like that,
24:16At the end of the office,
24:17Suddenly disappear,
24:18Where is Fulan?
24:19Yes,
24:20There is a process,
24:21Ask for it,
24:22In a good way,
24:23So that,
24:24We have a guarantee,
24:25There,
24:26There is another job,
24:27Don't do like that.
24:28But,
24:29The will must be there.
24:30The will must be there,
24:31And,
24:32Insyallah,
24:33Allah will make it easy.
24:34Who knows,
24:35If we give our request,
24:36Our boss will say,
24:37Haji,
24:38Just sign it.
24:39Right?
24:40Insyallah,
24:41Allah will make it easy.
24:42There must be an effort,
24:43First of all.
24:44And,
24:45Whenever someone dies,
24:46Then,
24:47We will all be returned,
24:48To Allah,
24:49Subhanahu,
24:50Wa Ta'ala.
24:51We see,
24:52First of all,
24:53Our word,
24:54Or,
24:55Our word of choice,
24:56Today,
24:57Ladies and gentlemen,
24:58By the mercy of Allah,
24:59Subhanahu,
25:00Wa Ta'ala.
25:01Our word is,
25:02Hala.
25:03Hala yahulu,
25:04Which means,
25:05Limiting,
25:06Preventing,
25:07Efforts,
25:08In the verse,
25:09And know that Allah is the best,
25:10Between vision and heart.
25:11It is mentioned,
25:1225 times,
25:13In the Quran.
25:14Surah,
25:15Which contains this word,
25:16Among them,
25:17Surah,
25:18Surah,
25:19And also,
25:20Surah,
25:21So,
25:22Hala here,
25:23Means,
25:24Limiting,
25:25But,
25:26If I say,
25:27Hala,
25:28It can also be,
25:29Hala here,
25:30Is an action,
25:31If Hala,
25:32Then it is,
25:33Ism,
25:34Which means,
25:35Hala,
25:36In a situation,
25:37Which means,
25:38In a situation,
25:39But here,
25:40It is a form,
25:41An action,
25:42And it means,
25:43Limiting,
25:44Preventing,
25:45Or efforts,
25:46Which are,

41:03Itu mungkin tidak menjadi isu
41:04Tetapi bagi orang-orang yang
41:05Ngomong kata apa
41:07Nampak kredibiliti sebagai seorang penyampai ilmu agama
41:12Yang mempunyai followers atau pengikut yang banyak
41:15Kalau isi kandungan penyampaian itu banyak tergantung
41:20...I think that's not fair.
41:24A dream is not a source of conditions.
41:27If a dream comes with content or content that is in accordance with conditions,
41:33...someone has to do something based on the conditions, ...
41:39...not based on the direction of the dream.
41:42Everyone can claim a dream.
41:44If someone claims, I dream this, the Prophet said this, etc.,
41:51...it becomes difficult.
42:14Alhamdulillah, we are back in My Quran Time, Quran Salat and Infaq.
42:24Now we have reached the last session.
42:29We will try to explain the 25th verse, Surah Al-Anfal, page 179.
42:40This verse is quite interesting because it gives a description of...
42:45...Al-Amru Bil-Ma'ruf Wa Nahyu Anil-Munkar.
42:48Before we go any further, I would like to ask Al-Fadhil Ustaz...
42:52...to read the 25th verse first.
42:55Thank you Al-Fadhil Ustaz Dr. Muhammad Arif.
42:58Ladies and gentlemen, viewers, may Allah bless you.
43:01The next verse is the last verse in page 179, verse 25.
43:06We will find two words containing the word Khalsa.
43:10La Tusi Banna and Khalsa.
43:14Kejurumah, what is the name of the government?
43:17Give the word Khalsa.
43:22Panjang has given the clue.
43:24Panjang has given the clue.
43:26Please share your answer in the comment section.
43:30We will read the 25th verse with Taranum Hijaz.
43:48I forgot to mention that you have to read the one I asked you to read first.
43:51We will read it together.
44:00Al-Fadhil Ustaz Dr. Muhammad Arif.
44:30Allah is the Greatest.
44:44Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
44:54And protect yourself from the torture that not only afflicts the oppressors among you.
45:00Know that Allah is very strong in His punishment.
45:03Ladies and gentlemen, may Allah bless you.
45:05What is meant by this verse?
45:08Why did Allah say that it is a slander or torture that not only afflicts the oppressors?
45:15When we perform our prayers, go to the mosque, fast, pay zakat, perform hajj, etc.
45:34All of a sudden, we are tortured by Allah.
45:38What is His condition?
45:40If we have done all of that, can we still be tortured by Allah?
45:46What is meant by Allah here?
45:51Allah says,
45:52وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لَّا تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَ
45:57And protect yourself from the torture that not only afflicts the oppressors among you.
46:02When did the scholars interpret this verse?
46:06They brought a few hadiths of the Prophet and most of them refer to one thing.
46:12وَالْأَمْرُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّحْيَةَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ
46:17Where we instruct to do good things and also prevent bad things.
46:25A person cannot only be good to himself.
46:31He must also fulfill his responsibility to instruct others to do good things or forbid them from doing bad things.
46:43Ladies and Gentlemen,
46:47When we say this, a Muslim should not only be good to himself.
46:55He must do good things and instruct others to do good things and forbid others from doing bad things.
47:03This is why the Jews of the Scriptures say,
47:08لُعِنَا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِلِ
47:11Allah curses the Children of Israel.
47:14عَلَىٰ دِي سَنِ دَوُّدَ وَعِيسَى بِنِ مَرْيَمِ
47:18Why does Allah curse the Children of Israel?
47:20كَانُوا لَا يَتَنَا هَوْ نَعَمٌ كَرِمْ فَعَلُو
47:24They do not forbid evil with them.
47:28This is why they have the right to be cursed by Allah.
47:33As a Muslim, a believer, we may be good to ourselves,
47:39but we also need to reform others.
47:46Don't think that you are the only one going to heaven.
47:49We want to go to heaven.
47:52Our wives need to be educated to go to heaven.
47:55Our children also need to be educated to go to heaven together.
48:03Ladies and gentlemen,
48:06I have brought some hadiths of the Prophet PBUH
48:10where the scholars explain this hadith.
48:14There is a hadith that the wife of the Prophet PBUH
48:19asked the Prophet PBUH,
48:21أَنَا لِكُمْ وَفِينَ السَّالِحُونَ
48:23Can we be cursed while there are good people among us?
48:28The Prophet PBUH replied,
48:29إِذَا كَثُرَ الْخَبَثِ
48:31When there is too much evil,
48:35people do not forbid evil.
48:39When there is too much evil,
48:42people do not forbid evil,
48:44they can be cursed by Allah.
48:47In another hadith,
48:50it is said that when a person sees an oppressor doing oppression,
48:56وَلَمْ يَأْخُذُ عَلَىٰ يَدَيْهِ
48:59he sees others doing evil,
49:01he does not want to stop them from doing evil,
49:06أَوْ شَكَعَنْ يَعُمَّعْهُمُ اللَّهُ
49:09وَبِعِقَابٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ
49:11He is afraid that Allah will punish all of them,
49:15whether they are good people or those who do evil.
49:21There is another hadith of the Prophet PBUH
49:23which says that
49:25those who protect themselves from doing evil
49:30and those who are diligent in doing evil
49:33are like a group.
49:37They are like a boat.
49:42The boat has two levels.
49:44There is a group that can sit on the boat,
49:49and there is a group that can sit under the boat.
49:50Those who are under the boat will die.
49:55Then, they go swimming together.
49:59When the people under the boat want water,
50:03they go and ask the people above.
50:06They say,
50:08why don't we hit this boat so that we don't make it difficult for you.
50:12We hit this boat to get water.
50:15So, if the people above say no,
50:20what will happen?
50:22All of the people under the boat will drown.
50:26Those who do evil will drown,
50:28and those who don't forbid it will drown.
50:31So, the Prophet PBUH told us that
50:35if we don't forbid it,
50:38instead of doing evil,
50:40we will all drown.
50:42We will all be punished by Allah SWT.
50:45That is why Allah SWT said,
50:48وَتَقُوا فِتْنَةً
50:50Fear fitnah,
50:52which will not only afflict the oppressors among you,
50:55but it can also afflict you,
50:57if you do not do your duty.
50:59وَعَلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدٌ عِقَبٌ
51:02And know that Allah SWT is very strong in His punishment.
51:06So, Alhamdulillah,
51:08after our discussion today,
51:10let's first look at our resolution.
51:13First,
51:14is to implement the commandment of Allah and His Messenger with all our hearts.
51:19Second,
51:21is to pray for faith and obedience in religion.
51:23Third,
51:25is to prevent and keep away from things that cause fitnah,
51:28so that we are all protected from the punishment of Allah SWT.
51:33I will leave it to Al-Fadhil Ustaz to recite the prayer.
51:36Go ahead, Ustaz.
51:38Thank you, Dr. Muhammad Arif.
51:40We conclude with the prayer of

53:08and hopefully Allah SWT will make us His servants who are happy to listen to Allah's call
53:14and happy to revive Allah's gatherings, gatherings of knowledge
53:18for example, by joining with Tabung Gerakan Al-Quran
53:22we give, we give charity, we revive programs of Al-Quran
53:26we give birth to generations of Al-Quran
53:29and hopefully Allah SWT will please and ease our hearts inshallah
53:35Jazakumullah Khair Al-Jazak
