DOLE tells employers to strictly follow law in providing compensation on holidays

02:23According to the Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines,

02:27there are only 10 regular holidays and there are eight special non-working holidays.

02:34In 2022, the Philippines recorded the highest number of declared holidays,

02:39totaling 22.

02:41To maintain smooth operation, Dollar recommends managing the approval of holiday leaves for

02:47employees.
