00:00Speaking of the Twins and the Royals, one of the few day
00:06baseball games that we have on the card on this Wednesday. It
00:10is a slight pick'em or a virtual pick'em probably better
00:13said today in case. Oh wow. Now, we're actually moving back.
00:17It's in Minnesota. It was minus 110 for the Twins when we asked
00:21about this game with Craig Mish. It was minus 112 on our
00:25graphic earlier in the day. Now, it is swung back to KC at
00:28minus 112. Maybe because of Craig Mish's pick for the day,
00:33Michael Massey, a couple of base knocks for KC. I think
00:36it's actually a good look by him too because if you look at
00:38Louis Varland on the mound, not a great pitcher. 148 batters
00:41he's faced on the season. Nobody has problems with Ben.
00:43Left-handed batters. So, if you key on some of those and say,
00:46alright, if the wind is blowing in though from right field at
00:49double digits, that doesn't help left-handed batters.
00:51You're basically looking to pull home runs and that might
00:53be a little bit of a hindrance but there's still is close to
00:5580 degree temperatures today in Minneapolis but if we are
00:58looking at Massey against right-handed pitching over the
01:00past 30 days, 68 bats he's had been at 200 iso. You'll live
01:04with that. You take a look at Vinny Pasquantino. 75 at bats
01:07against right-handed pitching over the past month. A 214 iso
01:10power number and MJ Melendez here. Another left-handed
01:13batter with 34 bats against right-handed pitching over the
01:15past month. A 267 iso power number. So, for me, it's hard
01:19to trust some of these guys which it's it's not a cop out
01:22because you're going to get plus money on any RBI props you
01:24have and as I said, left-handed batters might struggle a little
01:27bit with that wind blowing in from right field but those
01:29three guys got some really good numbers against right-handed
01:32pitching and a right-handed pitcher in Louis Varland
01:34struggling with lefties. That's the side that makes the most
01:36sense to me. Forget about the side in the total. One of those
01:38two guys or even three of them can get RBI chances here for
01:41the Kansas City Royals.
