00:30The barriers were removed and the flyover is now passable to all types of vehicles.
00:42The flyover was closed on May 1 to allow the structural integrity to be ensured.
00:49The reopening of the Exa-Camoning flyover is two months earlier than the government's timeline.
00:55According to MMDA and DPWH officials, the flyover is strong and meets the standards as a preparation for the big one if it ever happens.
01:03They explained that the repair on the top of the flyover is already done.
01:06They will just fix the bottom of the flyover in the next few weeks.
01:10They also added that there is a proposal to pave the road on the top of the flyover to make the surface even.
01:18It will be opened early, two months ahead of schedule, so that our countrymen can pass through.
01:25We will do more on the bottom.
01:28The installation of carbon fiber sheets is already done.
01:32Now, we will install chain-type restrainers to make sure that during a strong earthquake,
01:43the substructure and superstructure of the flyover will not be separated.
