The Country Liberal Party is promising cash incentives to convince police to stay in the NT, and Labor is spruiking its ability to attract big ticket investment at the launch of a multi-billion-dollar company's latest venture in Darwin.

01:41Both major parties are trying to convince voters they have the best policies to support
01:46police and these daily announcements are a sure sign they believe crime is defining this
01:52election.
