00:00The Filipinos were eager to receive the homecoming parade of the women who participated in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

00:0913 of the 22 Olympians participated in the parade yesterday,

00:14led by two-time gold medalists Carlos Caloy Yulo and bronze medalists Nesty Petesio and Ira Villegas.

00:23The parade lasted for almost three hours from the Liu Theater to the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex,

00:31where the program was held as a tribute to the Filipino athletes.

00:39The Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila was filled with supporters of the Filipino athletes who participated in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

00:48Early in the morning, some of our countrymen went to the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex

00:53to get a good seat so that they can get closer to the athletes they idolize.

00:59The Philippine Sports Commission Chairman Richard Pacto also gave the final after-party to our Filipino athletes.

01:07People were already crying when the Filipino athletes entered the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.

01:14Ira Villegas, Nesty Petesio, and two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo are very grateful for the support of our countrymen.

01:26We are very grateful for your support and prayers, especially for those who watched us early in the morning.

01:35Always remember, if the Lord does not want to give what we want, the Lord's plan is better.
