00:00Welcome to Bolton-le-Sands. Today I'm here to show you an incredible
00:04opportunity for a home which sits with eight acres, a fantastic barn conversion,

01:40walked all the way down here and this is where you start to really see what you

01:52We're going to go in there in a few minutes and that's absolutely beautiful
01:54inside there and then the land extends all the way down to where the change in
02:01the grass is there if that way extends and we'll show you that a little bit
02:05more in more detail. So you sit in a fantastic plot. The large barn that was
02:09built as a helicopter hangar is the green roof to end barn there as well
02:12which is a significant size. Then the home is coming into view now. So we've
02:16got a triple bay garage, we have a swimming pool, we have a gym and we've got the most
02:21beautiful barn conversion there which you'll see as we go inside it is
02:25absolutely stunning. So I'm going to show you each of these parts in more detail.
02:29So now we're just going to go inside and look at this fantastic property. So
02:32this is a beautiful garden as we've already seen and this is the way in so
02:37let's go inside and have a look. So instantly as you come in you'll see that we've got
02:41some fantastic features, got some luxurious features and fittings
02:43throughout and some fantastic use of beams of exposed stone and lots of wood.
02:48We've also got lots of light streaming in as well so this is a really usable
02:52entrance hallway space. It's been creating a like a snug area. The steps up
02:57that lead into the inner hallway but the first room we're going to come into is
03:00into the kitchen which is through this door. Now this is a really sociable

06:29level landing area which looks down over the space. And then we've got a third
06:37bedroom with a beautiful en suite. This is a really large bathroom and as you

06:58walk-in wardrobes. So we've got a his and a hers and it's also got a really

08:36area and we're going to go in that door in the corner there. But look at this
