00:00So we were watching on the night of the 17th of July and she was up for about an hour and
00:05we get notifications to show when they move and normally they sleep overnight.
00:10So the fact that she had been awake for an hour was quite suspicious and then all of
00:14a sudden she kind of made a jumping movement and a few moments later we could see a baby
00:19kind of climbing around her side and a little head poked out as well.
00:25So it is normally quite rare that both parents help look after the offspring but with
00:29Tamarins in general and they both have to help. Them being so small and have to carry
00:34the offspring from the moment they are born it takes up a lot of their energy
00:38so they do actually share the parenting.
