00:00Hey guys, I'm Stacey and this is Gorgeously Aging, and this video has been highly requested

00:10and is long overdue. I'm going to do a full face using just my Jones Road Beauty Collection.

00:16For those of you brand new, I am a 52 year old master medical esthetician. I've spent

00:20my entire adult life in the beauty and aesthetics industry, owning salons and spas. Skincare,

00:51but I am going to start with this Jones Road Eye Cream, just to give my under eyes a little

00:56extra hydration. Not very much because I did already hydrate my under eyes, but I do like

01:02to add just a little extra hydration right before makeup. I have some lashes on, you

01:07guys. I believe these are Eyelure lashes, and I will link them down in the description

01:12box below. I also have my own very affordable lash line, and I'll list that as well. They're

01:18more of the cluster lashes where this is one continuous strip. I think the cluster lashes

01:22are easier to put on. So that was the Jones Road Eye Cream. Let me show you the consistency.

01:28It's really nice and rich. So it makes those under eyes plumped, smooth, and hydrated before

01:34makeup. Now we're going to dig into the What The Foundation. I do have the brush, so we're

01:40going to buff it in with the Jones Road buffing brush. When I first used this, you guys, I

01:45wasn't sure how I felt about it because it has a little bit of a thicker consistency

01:49going on, but it is very nourishing on the skin. And especially on mature skin, it has

01:56kind of this protective quality, and it does blend out really nicely. So we're just going

02:01to go ahead and buff this in. It has a really nice, soft, subtle fragrance. Almost slightly

02:09floral. It's not overwhelming, but I do note it when I first put it on, and then it kind

02:19of dissipates. Oops, I got a little chunk of something there. This foundation does give

02:24you a really pretty glow, and even though it's a little thicker when you first put it

02:28on, it doesn't look thick or heavy on the skin. It actually gives the skin just a really

02:33beautiful glow. This is what it looks like, and I'll list my color down in the description

02:40box below. Next, we're going to go in with the Miracle Balm, and this is in Sunkissed.

02:44I can read that on the back of the container there. I'm going to take that same stiff buffing

02:49brush and just go in and grab some of this. You can certainly use your fingers, and the

02:53warmth of your fingers is kind of nice because it melts it into the skin. So I'll do one

02:57side with the brush and the other side with my fingers. One thing I'll say about the formula

03:04is that Bobbi Brown has done such a great job making this formula so that you look polished,

03:10pretty, you have a beautiful glow in your skin, looks incredible, without looking heavily

03:15made up. Nothing about this makeup or the formulation looks cakey. If you're not somebody

03:20that likes a glowy finish, you could always powder down the areas you want to be a little

03:24more matte. There, it just gives you an ever so subtle glow and kiss of that bronzy color.

03:31So we'll use my finger on the other side, and that's what it looks like. It's very sheer,

03:37it's not super pigmented, so easy to blend in, easy to do quickly and on the go. You

03:43could even take a little bit of this above the eyelids if you want. I do have some eye

03:47shadow, but I just want to show you real quick. If you want a little glow and a little color

03:51on those upper eyelids, this is just really easy and forgiving. There we go, so that's

03:58just two products. Well, three if you count the eye cream. Alright, I want to get something

04:03on my lips because they're feeling a little dry, and this is the Lip Tint in Nude Mauve.

04:09So this is such a beautiful lip tint, really nice everyday neutral color. Very nourishing

04:18on the lips. This lip tint is so nourishing that it doesn't seem to pick up the cracking

04:25and creasing in dry lips, which I have an issue with that, I always have, but worse

04:30now that I'm postmenopausal. So if you need something that's nourishing to give the lips

04:34a little color, this is definitely one to try. Now, I do have the Jones Road Mascara,

04:39which I do like, but let me just tell you the formula I like, but I'm not crazy about

04:44the wand. If you like a big fluffy wand and you have medium to longer lashes, you may

04:50really love this, the formula is good. I personally like a wand that is skinnier and more of those

04:56synthetic bristles to separate and elongate. So that would be my complaint, is that I'm

05:01not crazy about the brush on this particular mascara. Now I do have a couple of these cutie

05:06little eyeshadows, and here are the two colors that I have. And so I'm just going to go ahead

05:12and use a little bit of the darker shadow just to give some definition around the eyes.

05:16I almost wish I had more of a transition color, something lighter than this. At some point,

05:20I'll pick one up. So I'm just going to go into the dark with a little tapered eyeshadow

05:23brush, not too much, just in the outer corner here. Of course, this is like extra. I think

05:32when you use Jones Road, one of the advantages is it's just such a pretty quick, easy skin

05:38like finish that looks hydrated and beautiful and glowy. So certainly an eyeshadow isn't

05:45necessary, but I do like to get a little eye lift with shadow. And this does blend in nice.

05:50This formula is also a really good formula. I will tell you when you first use Jones Road,

05:56it kind of throws you off a bit because it's so different than anything else on the market.

05:59It almost seems heavy, but it doesn't look heavy on the skin. I feel like it's protective

06:04of the skin. I'm going to go into this with the side of a flat brush. I just like to kind

06:25of emphasize that lift and angle. Okay, we're going to do that again on the other eye, but

06:34you can see the difference on this eye looks more lifted. I forgot to buff in some in the

06:44outer corner, so we'll go ahead and do that before we work on the angles. And then again,

06:49take the side. So often when I wear Jones Road, I don't put any powder on my face,

07:01but I feel like I want a little bit of powder under my eyes and on my T-zone. I want to keep

07:05this part of my face glowy, but I do want to set down some areas that I want not quite so shiny.

07:10I'm going to use the Wet n Wild Photo Focus because I have it sitting right here. This is

07:14such a good staple from the drugstore, and it's so cheap. I'm just going to take a little bit

07:19from the cap onto a damp sponge. I don't really like my under eyes to be shiny. I feel like they

07:33look less creasy when you have a little powder on them. Of course, that's just my personal

07:38preference. So I'm also going to take this right down here across my chin and on my nose and right

07:49here between the brows. I don't feel like I need a lot, but just a little so that when I do have

07:55glow, it's on certain parts of my face instead of my whole face. I also like to go down the

08:02nasolabial folds just because I feel like when those are shiny, it just makes them stand out,

08:08and we don't need our nasolabial folds or marionette lines standing out. So you can see

08:15it still glows really beautifully in the areas I haven't powdered. I haven't used this Jones

08:21Road in a while, and putting it on today makes me realize how much I miss it and love it. It's

08:24so good. I'm actually going to take the mascara and just hit my bottom lash line, and then I'm

08:29going to put just a little shimmer on the center of my eyelids. I know there are people that love

08:41this type of brush, but I just find it hard to work with. I have miniscule little lashes. For

08:46me, it doesn't work so well. So if you don't mind this kind of brush or you prefer this kind of

08:50fuller brush, this is a good mascara. For me, the brush is not my favorite. I'm going to take a

08:56flat brush and just go into the shimmer shade here. You could use your finger. I tend to be

09:01really messy with my finger. I have such big fingertips. So I'm just going to pat some of the

09:07shimmer right on the eyelid there. A little goes a long way. It's really pretty. So one thing about

09:15shimmers, I love them, especially for an evening or dressy occasion, but I feel like if you have

09:21really crepey eyelids, it can accentuate that. So keep that in mind. Sometimes if you're wanting

09:27to downplay the creases or crepeyness in the eyelids, an all-matte eyeshadow look is the way

09:32to go. Now I do have the Jones Road Eyeliner 2. I got this in a deep brown. Let me just show you

09:37here because it is a really nice eyeliner. Sometimes I'll use the eyeliner and line my

09:43upper and lower lash line with this, and then just set it down with a little bit of that dark

09:47brown eyeshadow just to make sure that the look stays in place all day. Day-to-day for softness,

09:53I do like using an eyeshadow as a lower liner. I just think it looks so soft. And of course,

09:58if you have any imperfections, you can always go and just swipe gently with a q-tip. So there

10:08you guys have it. A full face of Jones Road Beauty on mature skin. Again, I'm 52 years old. You guys,

10:14I think it's really pretty. Again, it's very different. So if you're used to a liquid foundation

10:18or light skin tint, the texture is very different in the What The Foundation. So it takes a few days

10:24to get used to, but the coverage is pretty. It looks like skin. It feels nourishing and protective,

10:29and it allows your skin to look like skin. I think it's ideal for someone who is maybe over 35 or 40

10:36who doesn't want to have a heavy, cakey, thick foundation look. It's almost slightly balmy,

10:43but in the best way possible. The first time I tried it, I did not think I was gonna like it,

10:48and the more I used it, the more I loved it. Thank you so much for watching today,
