00:00There is a new typhoon that is being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:10This is the Tropical Storm Dindo.

00:13The center of the typhoon, 640 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes, was last seen.

00:19The wind speed is 65 kilometers per hour.

00:23There is no tropical cyclone wind signal in any part of the country.

00:29It is expected to come out in the next few hours and possibly hit China or the Korean Peninsula.

00:37The typhoon is warning and warning,

00:41and the sea in the extreme northern region is exposed to strong winds.

00:45That is why I am advising small sea vehicles to avoid sailing.
