00:00Houston four-game lead in the AL West. Minus 132. The Astros favorite at home today. Yusei
00:09Kikuchi. The Astros have won all three of his starts since being acquired at the trade
00:14deadline. Will it be a perfect 4-4-4? Yeah, Boston's seen a lot of him, obviously, from
00:19him being in the AL East, but now going down to Houston. He's been a very good pitcher,
00:23particularly over the past 30 days. However, that Boston Red Sox lineup, 1-8, we leave
00:28out the ninth batter, Raffaella, who doesn't have great statistics against lefties. Everybody's
00:32weighted on base percentage, and iso power numbers for that batter are elevated here.
00:35So that's an interesting number to look at. If we go from the Houston bats, Tanner Hauk
00:39probably could say he's the best pitcher overall on the season here for the Boston Red Sox,
00:43leaking a little bit of oil over the past 30 days in his last 134 batters. But also,
00:49those weighted on base percentages against right-handed pitching for the Astros is elevated.
00:53So typically, to take a look at two good pitchers, it is a pitcher's, excuse me, a hitter's ballpark.
00:57I'm actually going to go against the grain here. That 8.5, I'm going to go to the over.
01:00I think these bats are going to show up tonight in Houston, enough to get nine runs here.
01:04It's a little contrarian play for this one.
