It took us a while to figure this kava out. I thought at first it was mild and subtle until I doubled the amount of powder to water. It actually is quite heavy and sedating without the headiness or buzzy feeling. If you're looking for that calming effect without the sedating or buzzy feeling then mix 2-3tbsp per 600-800ml water.

If you're looking for a fantastic sleep on a budget mix 3-5tbsp per 600-800ml water.

00:00Hello everyone, thank you for tuning in.
00:03I wanted to share a little bit of information today about a new cultivar that we've got
00:08called Yalo.
00:09Now I've been racking my brains with this particular carver trying to figure out how
00:16I'm feeling with it.
00:18It was a very long process to figure out how to describe this on the website.
00:24It was a long process to figure out how it made me feel.
00:28With this particular carver, mixing it as you would any other carver from our website
00:33will give you a nice calm, but that's about it.
00:38You need to mix this a little stronger than any other carver that we have.
00:46The effect from the Yalo is actually very concentrated around the body.
00:54You don't get much of a head spin when you drink it.
00:56You don't get much euphoria, but you do get a beautiful calm.
01:03In order to get that slightly heavy feeling, you've got to double up on the dose or at
01:08least mix it 1.5 times stronger than any other carver we have on our site.
01:16You're probably going to want to use 3 to 5 tablespoons per 6 to 800 ml of water.
01:244 to 5 tablespoons per 6 to 800 ml of water.
01:27Let's go with that.
01:29Then you adjust your water from there.
01:31It's a very subtle carver.
01:33It gives you a nice sleep without the buzzy, heady type of feeling.
01:42The Yalo is good.
01:43It's slightly cheaper because you're going to have to use slightly more per serving.
01:48Give it a try.
01:49It's not as heady.
01:51Before I go into that, everybody's different.
01:54For me, it wasn't heady at all.
01:57I didn't feel much of a spin with it.
01:59I felt it primarily in the body.
02:01It gave me a beautiful sleep.
02:04That was what I found out over the last few weeks using the Yalo.
02:10I've figured it out.
02:12You have to use a little bit more.
02:14It's a great carver.
02:15It's very, very smooth.
02:16You won't be disappointed with it.
02:19Especially if you like a carver or if you like the calming effect without the buzziness
02:25or without the sedating effect used for the day, mix it lightly.
02:31Mix it for the daytime.
02:33You won't go wrong.
02:35If you want to mix it as a wind-down drink, something to help get you to sleep in the
02:39evening, you're going to want to mix it as at least 4 to 5 tablespoons per 6 to 800 ml
02:47of water.
02:48You're going to want to mix it pretty strong.
02:50It's not going to hit you as hard, but it will give you a nice sleep.
02:54It'll make you feel like the mattress is sinking in around you and you're cocooned in a warm
03:00blanket of comfortness, for lack of a better word.
03:05That is the Yalo.
03:06I've figured it out.
03:07That's how you use it.
03:08Mix it a little bit stronger than you normally would and enjoy.
03:11Have a great week and we'll see you soon.
03:13Bye for now.
