00:00Hey Coach, I don't think we've asked yet, but you know, with this being a Mott game and running it pretty much like a game day,
00:05who do you have up in the boxes and maybe give us a little bit of insight on that?
00:09We're still working through exactly who will be up there, but tonight, Coach Doherty and Coach Switzer on offense,
00:18and Jacob Smith was up there, and then on defense, a lot of our GAs and analysts were up there,
00:26but I think most of our position coaches outside of Coach Doherty will be on the field.
00:31What's the one area of growth you want to see in this team from where you are tonight to going into Weber State?
00:35Maybe not the game, just that Monday going into it.
00:37Area of growth, we're going to see if we can get better every day, and our goal is really going to be how do we prepare?
00:44We haven't game-planned yet. We don't know what it looks like to game-plan.
00:46We don't know what it looks like to work together, looking at a scouting report and figuring out how much you can handle new each week.
00:54When we figure that out, then we'll see what type of team we are.
00:57I'm just looking forward to a team that's excited to get started, because now that's where we're at.
01:01Are you in a preparation mode now with set lineups, or is it another week of competition to go?
01:06No, we're going to begin game-planning on Monday, and we'll be all focused at that point in time on seeing how good we can get with the groups that we have.
01:18There will always be competition. There will never be a set lineup.
01:21We're always going to see who wants to beat out the next guy.
01:23We're going to be always trying to compete to see our best 11 on offense, our best 11 on defense, and our best 11 in special teams.
01:31I would say probably on Tuesday morning, introduce a game-plan, and then from that point in time, we'll see how well we handle it and see how good we can be.
