First update on progress of plan to end gender-based violence

Australia's domestic, sexual and family violence commissioner says gendered violence support systems are buckling and urgently need more resourcing. Commissioner Micaela Cronin has revealed the system failures while delivering her first progress update on the national plan to end violence against women and children. 43 women were murdered in intimate partner violence of the past financial year.
