Japan and India are set to bolster defense ties after Japanese Defense Minister Kihara Minoru and Foreign Minister Kamikawa Yoko met their Indian counterparts Rajnath Singh and Subrahmanyam Jaishankar at 2+2 talks in New Delhi.
