03:26was cited in contempt by the House Quad Committee during its second hearing.
03:31Attorney Roque was accused of lying for not attending the committee's first hearing on August 16.
03:37He claimed he had a court hearing in Manila,
03:40but the committee obtained a certification from the clerk of court in the city's regional trial court,
03:45stating that Roque has no hearing on that date.
03:49Attorney Roque defended himself by saying it was simply an honest mistake.
03:53As a result, he was detained for one day or 24 hours at the House of Representatives as a penalty.
