00:04Today, I have brought a very delicious recipe for you all.
00:07And that is Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani.
00:09Yes, it is very delicious.
00:12And we will use different ingredients in it.
00:15I will give you different tips on how you can make delicious and spicy biryani.
00:22And you can see in the video how we have prepared this biryani.
00:27How the spices have been prepared.
00:29I have taken 1 kg of rice and 1 kg of chicken.
00:35Now, we will take a pot.
00:37I have added half a cup of oil.
00:40I have added bay leaves, 2 cardamoms and 3 cinnamon sticks.
00:48And I have added 4 to 5 medium sized onions, finely chopped.
00:56Now, we will brown the onions.
00:58In the meantime, we will boil water for the rice.
01:02I have added 3 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
01:08Till the water boils, we will prepare the spices.
01:12The onions have turned brown.
01:14I will add the 1 kg of chicken in it.
01:16Now, we will lightly brown the chicken.
01:20We will fry it in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
01:24I have added 2 tbsp of salt.
01:26We will fry it in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
01:30Now, I have added the ginger garlic paste.
01:32We will fry it in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
01:38The water has boiled.
01:40Now, we will add the rice in it.
01:42I have added the rice in it.
01:44We will mix it with a spoon.
01:46We have to cook the rice for 3 to 4 minutes.
01:48Because the rice will be cooked in the dum.
01:50So, we don't have to cook it properly.
01:52The chicken has turned brown.
01:54Now, we will add the 4 to 5 tomatoes in it.
01:58We will mix it.
02:00I will add 1 1⁄2 tbsp of red chilli powder in it.
02:04I will add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
02:08I will add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
02:10I will add 1 tbsp of coriander seeds.
02:14I will mix it.
02:16I will add 3 to 4 tbsp of yogurt in it.
02:20I will add 3 to 4 tbsp of yogurt in it.
02:22I will add 3 to 4 tbsp of yogurt in it.
02:24I have added 4 to 5 tbsp of tamarind in it.
02:26Tamarind gives a very nice taste.
02:28If you want, you can add it.
02:30Or, you can skip it.
02:32You can add any brand of Biryani Masala.
02:38Now, I will add water in it.
02:40I will leave it for 10 minutes.
02:42I have added 4 to 5 green chillies in it.
02:44It gives a very nice flavor.
02:46I will leave it for 10 minutes on low flame.
02:48You can see that our chicken is cooked and our masala is ready in the paste form.
02:54Now we will put the rice on the dum.
02:57First of all, we have to remove the excess oil.
02:59I have taken out a little oil in a cup to put it on top.
03:01And we have to put a little oil in the desi ghee and grease it well from the sides.
03:05Now I had boiled rice, so I sieved it in it.
03:09Put the rice on the rice and put the masala in the middle.
03:13Then after applying the rice oil on top, put the excess oil on top.
03:16I have added 1 tbsp of garam masala powder.
03:18I have added 1.5 tbsp of turmeric powder and 4-5 green chilies.
03:22I have given a little splash of water on top.
03:25And we will put it on the dum for 10 minutes on medium heat.
