00:00It was a rainy, muddy day on the island of Sodor.
00:09Thomas was glad he didn't have to work in the mud like Miss Jenny's machines.
00:15The machines were digging foundations for the new dairy barn.
00:25Isabella was driving very carefully. She didn't want to get dirty.
00:31Isabella never wants to get dirty.
00:35Hurry up, rattled Alfie. You always take the long way round.
00:40I take the clean way round, huffed Isabella.
00:45Suddenly, Alfie's engine spluttered.
00:48Help, he cried. I'm out of diesel.
00:55The rest of the machines were running out of fuel too.
00:59Jack spluttered and stopped.
01:02I can't even bounce my bucket, he said.
01:05Without more diesel, we'll never finish this job on time, said Miss Jenny.
01:10The foreman had bad news.
01:13The fuel truck's broken down, he said. It can't bring the diesel.
01:18I'll call the Fat Controller, said Miss Jenny.
01:21We need to get some diesel fuel to Miss Jenny, said the Fat Controller.
01:26Thomas, I want you to leave for Kronk Station immediately.
01:30Yes, sir, chuffed Thomas.
01:33It's a good thing you steamers don't use diesel, said Miss Jenny.
01:37Isabella, I'm sending you to meet Thomas. Off with you, and be careful.
01:43Isabella gritted her gears and steamed off for Kronk Station.
01:48She was hoping she wouldn't get too dirty.
01:57She saw the road was flooded.
02:01Water was up to her axles.
02:04And Isabella's paintwork was getting dirty.
02:07But she didn't stop.
02:10Thomas was steaming as fast as he could to get the fuel to Isabella.
02:20Suddenly, Isabella saw a policeman.
02:24Stop, he said. There's been a mudslide. The road is blocked.
02:29Isabella knew Miss Jenny's machines were counting on her.
02:33Then I'll drive across the field, she said bravely.
02:37She left the road and skidded across the muddy field.
02:42Yuck, she cried.
02:45Isabella was so dirty, she didn't even look like herself.
02:53But she wouldn't give up.
02:57Finally, she pulled into Kronk Station, exhausted.
03:02Isabella, cried Thomas, you made it. Only just.
03:08Soon the fuel drums were loaded and Isabella was on her way.
03:15By now, all of Miss Jenny's machines were out of fuel.
03:19The site had never been so quiet.
03:24Isabella sloshed and splashed and struggled through the muddy water.
03:35Suddenly, the machines heard a strange rattle and a rumble.
03:41The muddiest, grubbiest flatbed truck they had ever seen steamed through the gates.
03:48Isabella, cried Alfie, you made it, cried Miss Jenny.
03:59Soon the machines were full of fuel and happily back at work.
04:09You've been really useful, beamed Miss Jenny. A job well done.
