00:00Many months ago, I promised the American people that I would withdraw from the race if I became a spoiler. A spoiler is someone
00:07who will alter the outcome of the election, but has no chance of winning.
00:11In my heart, I no longer believe that I have a realistic path to electoral victory in the face of this relentless
00:19systematic censorship and media control.
00:23So I cannot in good conscience ask my staff and volunteers
00:28to keep working their long hours, or ask my donors to keep giving when I cannot honestly tell them that I have a real path
00:35to the White House.
00:37Furthermore, our polling consistently showed
00:41that by staying on the ballot in the battleground states, I would likely hand the election over to the Democrats
00:49with whom I disagree
00:51on the most existential issues.
00:54Censorship, war, and chronic disease.
00:59I want everyone to know that I am not terminating my campaign.
01:04I am simply suspending it
01:07and not
01:09ending it. I encourage you to vote for me, and
01:14if enough of you do vote for me, and neither of the major party candidates win 270 votes, which is quite possible, in fact,
01:22today our polling shows them tying at 269 to 269, and
01:28I could conceivably still end up in the White House in a contingent election.
01:34But
01:37in about ten battleground states
01:40where my presence would be a spoiler,
01:42I'm going to remove my name, and I've already started that process, and urge voters not to vote for me.
01:48And these are the principal causes that persuaded me to leave the Democratic Party
01:54and run as an independent, and now to throw my support
02:01to President Trump.
02:03The causes were free speech,
02:06a war in Ukraine,
02:08and the war on our children.
02:10It's with a sense of victory
02:13and not defeat that I'm suspending my campaign activities.
02:18Not only did we do the impossible by collecting a million signatures,
02:22we changed the national political conversation forever.
