00:00A senior citizen was left out after asking for their right-of-way because of an extension of a house.

00:11He was helped by your Kapuso Action Man.

00:17This is the old way to the house of Florinda, a senior citizen, in a part of Tramos Street in Pasay City.

00:26But he was replaced by an extension of a house on the street.

00:31The structure that was being complained for was a house that was being monitored by the National Housing Authority.

00:36Half of the metro was sold so our right-of-way was reduced.

00:41The affected residents are wondering how the Pasay City Engineering Office allowed the reduction of the right-of-way.

00:49I went to the National Housing Authority. They said that we have already awarded the right-of-way to the City Hall of Pasay City Engineering Office.

02:28The inspection team of the Office of the Building Official estimated the encroachment or estimated the right-of-way.

02:35For now, they are still waiting for the verification survey in the area.

02:39In case of evidence of violation, the office will recommend the removal of the extension of the house from the right-of-way.

04:44But the company does not have a permit as a lesser.

04:48The company explained that they currently have a construction project in Quezon City

04:56They are legally dumping in the area until August 8 this year.

05:10The leftover land is now owned by the dumpers.

05:15The BPLD has already sent a show-cause order to the dumpers to stop their construction.
