RITA OF THE WEST (CRAZY WESTERNERS)
| Sapghetti Western, Musical, Wester | 1967 |

Original title: Little Rita nel West

Plot:
Little Rita, an excellent sharpshooter with a lovely singing voice, roams the unforgiving, hostile territories of the dusty Old West in search of ruthless bandits. Convinced that the root of all evil, and the main reason of men's wickedness, is gold, Rita is on a challenging mission, encouraged by her mentor, the sage Indian warrior, Chief Sitting Bison. So, to rid the world of corruption, Rita has hidden piles of shiny gold in a dark cavern deep within a mountain in the Valley of Death, and now, all that is left to do is to hunt down the dangerous outlaws, Ringo, Pancho, and Django. But, one day, Rita has a chance encounter with the enigmatic blue-eyed cowboy, Black Star, who seems determined to fight by her side and aid her cause. However, are his intentions pure?

00:13:11has been removed from the evil hands of the white men.
00:13:14The day is not far off
00:13:16when little Rita will gather and destroy forever
00:13:21all the white man's gold.
00:13:22The day will come when we will remove it from the face of the earth.
00:13:26And on that day, we will live in peace.

00:15:28We are all brothers, but for a little bit of gold we get into trouble
00:15:36Live and live, we don't care, live and live, we don't care
00:15:44And when gold disappears, gold will disappear, man will be free, he will be free
00:15:53Until you want him, he will look for him, a slave he will be, a slave he will be
00:16:01But what do you do, but what do you do with this gold that has more souls than you?
00:16:10Live and live, we don't care, live and live, we don't care
00:16:23Live and live, we don't care, live and live, we don't care
00:16:51We are all brothers, but for a little bit of gold we get into trouble
00:17:00Live and live, we don't care, live and live, we don't care
00:17:08Live and live, we don't care, live and live, we don't care
00:17:21Live and live, we don't care, live and live, we don't care
00:17:44We don't care
00:18:14We don't care
00:18:44We don't care
00:18:51We don't care
00:19:10At the coming of the next moon, we will destroy all this gold that we have collected over the years
00:19:16Would you believe right away?
00:19:19General, we still need Ringo's gold and Django's
00:19:23They will kill you
00:19:25Their pistols scream like hyenas and shoot faster than the whip
00:19:29Many have tried to kill those two vultures
00:19:32And their bodies now lie in all the cemeteries of the West
00:19:37I am telling you, you are taking a risk far too big
00:19:41And this bugs me
00:19:43But if they keep just one ounce of all that gold, that will mean all the work I did was for nothing
00:19:48I thought that there are others who will mine gold
00:19:52And then there will be wars and fighting
00:19:55And the kingdom of evil will be here again
00:19:58There will be others who I hope will destroy it
00:20:01What others?
00:20:02The ones who come after me
00:20:04Many of those who think it's out of the world can be better
00:20:24Bear this in mind
00:20:26Your fate has been written
00:20:28The night you see a red shining star in the firmament, you will return to nothingness
00:20:33Because from nothingness you came
00:20:36You are from a fairy tale
00:20:39A beautiful legend
00:20:41You cannot be destroyed
00:20:43Enough of your silly bull, we better unload the goodies
00:20:51The gold's gone
00:20:57Thanks a lot
00:20:59Sign Ringo
00:21:04We are the ones who do the beatings
00:21:06We are not too beautiful
00:21:08But we are here for the loneliness
00:21:11And even if we are the only ones
00:21:14You can look for us at the bar
00:21:16If you don't know how to fight, don't try to shoot
00:21:19You can find the gold, but
00:21:23You won't take it all
00:21:27We are the ones who have the balls
00:21:31Even if we want a little money to dance
00:21:34I won't steal it anymore
00:21:38I'm telling you, I love you
00:21:41But it won't be
00:21:43As long as I give it to you
00:21:45Because tomorrow I'll give it to you for free
00:21:48I'll give it to you, I'll give it to you, I'll give it to you
00:21:52Let's sing, let's dance
00:22:00Let's sing, let's dance
00:22:12We are the ones who have the balls
00:22:14Even if we are the only ones
00:22:16You can look for us at the bar
00:22:19If you don't know how to fight, don't try to shoot
00:22:23You can find the gold, but
00:22:26You won't take it all
00:22:30We are the ones who have the balls
00:22:33Even if we want a little money to dance
00:22:36I won't steal it anymore
00:22:39I'll give it to you, I'll give it to you, I'll give it to you
00:22:43Let's sing, let's dance
00:23:00Let's sing, let's dance
00:23:30Let's sing, let's dance
00:23:49With that kind of music, no one of the town is deserted
00:23:52You better start playing somewhere else
00:23:54You get me, Greaser?
00:23:56Yes, sir. Thank you very much
00:24:01Who are you? Where you come from, anyway, huh?

00:24:13You better give me your guns
00:24:15You ain't allowed to go around armed in this here town, mister
00:24:22Curses! They're all a thing of the past
00:24:25I'm not gonna let you get away with this
00:24:28Curses! They're all the same
00:24:30Every time we ask these guys for their guns, they answer the same way
00:24:32What am I gonna do?
00:24:34What was that nutty, funny laugh?
00:24:36Please excuse me, it's a bad day
00:24:38Look, stranger, I'm the law here and nobody pays any attention
00:24:41Did you ever get the feeling that nobody respects you?
00:24:43I should have been a hairdresser, like Mama said
00:24:45Because every time some gunslinger begins to laugh, I get so angry
00:24:48I just want to spit, and that's bad for my nerves
00:24:52Where's Zoco?
00:24:54I don't know any Zoco
00:24:56Where is he?
00:24:57He must be one of them playing cards over in the saloon
00:25:00There's four of them and they're armed to the teeth
00:25:02What do you want with them, stranger?
00:25:04Take a guess
00:25:06You're gonna blow their little heads off, right?
00:25:11Five minutes to high noon, mister
00:25:13You sure are punctual
00:25:14My name's Ringo
00:25:16And I ain't never late for nothing
00:25:19Ringo? The super bounty hunter?

00:25:38It's a missed deal, gentlemen
00:25:39Zoco!
00:25:47Why is there always one left?
00:25:49That's because the pot's uneven

00:25:54Zoco, listen to me, come outside for a minute, will you?
00:25:57Oh, shut up
00:26:01Let's divide it up again
00:26:11There's always one left over
00:26:15I'll take it, I'm the boss, right?
00:26:18Don't get mad, fellas
00:26:20I'll tell you what, we'll buy a drink and four straws
00:26:39Outside
00:26:47Blast, that's what I was trying to tell you
00:26:50No one listens to me
00:26:54Oh, Ringo, don't make too much noise, please
00:26:57I gotta split the...
00:27:04It's high noon, right on the dot

00:28:15And what if we don't want to give it to you?
00:28:20Bad thinking
00:28:22Very bad
00:28:23Confucius say he who hangs on to the gold gets blown apart
00:28:27That right
00:28:28I'll think of it on judgment day
00:28:30Start thinking, cause it's here
00:28:32For me?
00:28:33Or for you?
00:28:35Don't waste your breath, Soko
00:28:37Pray
00:29:06Three
00:29:28How about a drink?
00:29:30Can't give no alcohol to minors
00:29:32Milk or soda pop?
00:29:34Take your pick
00:29:36A whiskey
00:29:39Don't make me lose my patience, Kitty
00:29:42I'm used to telling people one time only
00:29:48Yeah, and once is too much
00:30:04Don't fool around, a real cowpoke is supposed to catch it
00:30:07Don't fool around with me
00:30:09I know that wasn't whiskey

00:30:38Good lord didn't mean for us to die in a place like this
00:30:41It's filthy
00:30:57Find the sheriff
00:30:59He's got a killer to worry about
00:31:01Who got killed?
00:31:02When it happens
00:31:04It'll be Ringo
00:31:08Excuse me, Constable
00:31:09Would you mind if an old wise man gave you a little advice?
00:31:12I'm the only wise man around here
00:31:14Only go on if it'll make you feel good
00:31:16Prepare another coffin
00:31:17Oh, I'm so sorry
00:31:18I didn't know you weren't feeling good
00:31:19You should have stood in bed
00:31:20No, it's not for me
00:31:21Come again?
00:31:22Ringo
00:31:25Not Ringo
00:31:28But he's healthier than a bull, that guy
00:31:29You're joking
00:31:30I've seen guys die that were healthier than two bulls
00:31:34What you're saying is he's gonna get killed?
00:31:36No
00:31:37Who's gonna do it?
00:31:41How you doing, Sheriff?
00:31:43Look, the kid's tired
00:31:44You better give her a bottle and tell her a bedtime story
00:32:00Howdy, Ringo
00:32:07What do you want, kid?
00:32:09The gold seems to don't belong to you
00:32:11Someone else once tried to get the gold from me, kid
00:32:14He left behind a widow
00:32:19Well, I'm not married, Ringo
00:32:30Let's go
00:33:00Let's go

00:36:29You dirty rotten gunfighter thief. Get out of here.
00:36:34Go on, move. Don't slip around here again or I'll put a torpedo in your belly button.
00:36:42We'll be meeting up again.
00:36:45When you get tired of living, Fran, give a call. I'll come around.
00:37:11I don't know.
00:37:41He's got a long-range pistol. All we can do now is play.
00:37:56Shouldn't be more than about 60 yards.
00:38:10I'd say you had 10.

00:41:44Was there much difficulty?
00:41:45Ah, that was child's play.
00:41:47Old Ringo went the hard way, to the happy hunting ground.
00:41:51You know something, Rita?

00:43:16Is this here the road to Tucson?
00:43:20If you're looking for a grave, you might start digging it right here.
00:43:23You're mighty funny, kid.
00:43:27Ain't no kid, stranger.
00:43:29Maybe you'd like it better if I called you mister.
00:43:32You'd better not call me at all.
00:43:35How'd you like a slap leather?
00:43:37Oh, that's good frontier humor, y'all.
00:43:51Get out of the way and let me pass.
00:43:54I don't think so.
00:43:55Look, boy, don't get me mad.
00:43:58I said let me pass.
00:44:11I'm little Reed.
00:44:25And I'm Django.
00:44:55Don't move or you're dead.
00:45:07They were sure right when they said,
00:45:09you're the biggest little pain in the west.
00:45:14Don't just sit there.
00:45:17You know what I want?
00:45:20The gold.
00:45:22All right, cough it up, Django.
00:45:24I went through a lot of trouble for that gold.
00:45:28A whole lot of Mexicans beat on me
00:45:31and crushed my hands trying to get it.
00:45:34You're making me cry.
00:45:36Where's the gold?
00:45:40Okay, fella, get.
00:45:41I won't forget this.
00:45:43One of your pals once said that.
00:45:46He ended up on Boot Hill.
00:45:48On his back.
00:45:50Off you go.
00:46:21This is a machine gun.
00:46:23Yeah, sure is.
00:46:25He's running gun spike out.
00:46:28Let's get the gold out of here.
00:46:30Where do I put it?
00:46:32In the saddle.
00:47:50Sure do waste a lot of ammunition.
00:47:59You're wasting your time too, mister.
00:48:06You ain't got the guts to stand against me
00:48:08without that bulletproof vest.
00:48:11I'll remove it if you want.
00:48:13That's a whole lot of bullets, though.
00:48:27Turn around.
00:48:29Dirty movie.
00:48:55You shouldn't have tried that, Django.
00:48:58Sorry.
00:49:00Please, little reader, let me die American style.
00:49:05American style? What's that mean?
00:49:08I want to tell you the story of my life.
00:49:12Django, I don't have time now.
00:49:14Indians and Japs.
00:49:17Them boys died pretty quick.
00:49:19But you see, I'm a gunslinger with a reputation.
00:49:23I mean, it's only fair.
00:49:25Any toughs gets two minutes of agony before he dies.
00:49:28All right, Buster, make it good.
00:49:32When I was just a boy in breeches,
00:49:35I couldn't stand my father.
00:49:37But I worship my mother.
00:49:58Look, I heard a buffalo.
00:49:59What a magnificent spectacle.
00:50:01I just love buffalo.
00:50:02Those are skinny cows.
00:50:04Don't you forget it.
00:50:05Cows?
00:50:06Well, I'll be damned.
00:50:20Howdy, folks.
00:50:22Howdy, fella.
00:50:23The name's Black Stan.
00:50:26I'm taking this herd of cattle of mine to market.
00:50:30I've been looking to see if there's any kind of water running around here.
00:50:33Yeah, two miles east.
00:50:36Where are you coming from?
00:50:37Far away.
00:50:39Ah, where are you headed?
00:50:41Far away.
00:50:44You'll like it there.
00:50:46Thanks for your kindness.
00:51:02Did you see his eyes?
00:51:03Yeah, I saw, I saw.
00:51:04He never took them off you.
00:51:05I knew you were about to rustle yourself to death.
00:51:08Oh, Gross, I'm so happy.
00:51:09I'm going to start shouting.
00:51:10Go ahead.
00:51:11There's nobody around.
00:51:12He's beautiful.
00:51:15He's beautiful.
00:51:16That cowboy's one good-looking hunk of man.
00:51:19I'm happy, Gross.
00:51:21I've been ordered like everyone.
00:51:24I'm looking to go tits.
00:51:25Don't do blitzing.
00:51:26I'll take him, Gross.
00:51:27I'll take him.
00:51:30I don't believe it.
00:51:31He burned the pizza again.
00:51:41Who are you?
00:51:42What do you want?
00:51:44Pancho!
00:51:45Pepito!
00:51:46Pedro!
00:51:47Go get him.
00:51:48We'll worry about the girl later.
00:51:50Hey, what's going on here?
00:51:51Hey, leave me alone, you rotten, stinking shrine hoods.
00:51:58Come on, let's go.
00:52:21Have you thought about talking?
00:52:22Nein.
00:52:24Amres.
00:52:54Viva Sancho!
00:53:12What in the world's going on?
00:53:14Well, every time they hear their leader's voice, those Mexicans start a wild celebration.
00:53:20Are you going to start talking or I'm going to kill you?
00:53:22I'll talk.
00:53:47Hey, leave us alone.
00:53:55Bueno, so you're going to talk?
00:54:00I hope you'll tell the truth.
00:54:04You take the gold to silly bull, my Spice Chubby, isn't that right?
00:54:10And you hide it in a big cave.
00:54:13Tell me how to get in the cave without being seen.
00:54:16Or I'll be forced to blow off your head.
00:54:18Danke schön.
00:54:25When you are finished drinking from this canteen, you better have talked.
00:54:30Or I'll put my signature on your face with a red-hot iron.
00:54:33But you don't know how to lie.
00:54:39Come on.
00:54:41The Indian camp, you know where that is, don't you?
00:54:43Yeah.
00:54:44There's a cave on the side of the hill.
00:54:46Keep going.
00:54:47And there's a big door blocking it.
00:54:49Keep going.
00:54:50You say the magic words to open it.
00:54:53Which are these magic words?
00:54:56Ichawawa.
00:54:58Ichawawa?
00:55:00And what?
00:55:02Open it and the gold is yours.
00:55:04The gold is Sancho's.
00:55:12Viva Sancho!
00:55:21I'll repeat it to be sure.
00:55:23There's a door and an Indian camp in the cave on the hill.
00:55:27When you get there, you have these funny magic words, you say.
00:55:30Ichawawa.
00:55:33And then what?
00:55:34You bring out the gold and it's yours.
00:55:38Sancho's gold!
00:55:40Viva Sancho!
00:55:41Viva Sancho!
00:56:03Hey, what are you doing here?
00:56:22I was in back of that hill watching when they took you.
00:56:26I've just been waiting for the right time to try and save you.
00:56:32Thanks, son.
00:56:35Hurry it up, will ya?

00:58:05Greetings, great silly bull.
00:58:09Oh, little Rita.
00:58:10Welcome back.
00:58:12I heard you were not polite to our friend Django.
00:58:15I gave Django the privilege of inaugurating a new cemetery.
00:58:20Is he a prisoner?
00:58:22No, just a friend of mine.
00:58:24Actually saved my life.
00:58:26His name is Black Stan.
00:58:31It's a pleasure.

01:00:42Careful, Schatzi, careful.
01:00:44It ain't making you sing.
01:00:45You really got it bad.

01:00:51and you end up losing your head.
01:00:53Both of them.
01:00:54But there's no piano out here.

01:01:07And you'll make the whole world happy.

01:33:53She went back to where she came from, far away.
01:34:06I'll find her, Grutz. And I'll find her if it's the last thing I ever do.
01:34:33And he followed her. Night after night. Day after day.
01:34:39Like the moon follows the sun. Like the morning light follows the darkness.
01:34:45Like a puppy dog follows his master.
01:34:48Because a movie is supposed to have a happy ending.
01:34:51Or else the producer will lose all his money.
01:34:55Because no one will ever see it.
01:35:13I'll find her, Grutz. And I'll find her if it's the last thing I ever do.
