00:05Following yesterday's flood and bombing of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, or BFAR,

00:13China has now announced the resupply mission of the Philippine Coast Guard.

00:18The two PCG vessels were surrounded and challenged by China's vessels

00:23so that they won't be able to approach the Sabina Shoal.

00:25Because of that, the Coast Guard's mission to deliver supplies to the anchored BRP Teresa Magbanwa has failed.

00:40Mel, Emil, Vicky, the Philippine Coast Guard's vessels have failed to enter the Sabina Shoal

00:46after being surrounded by China's vessels that were supposed to deliver supplies to the BRP Teresa Magbanwa

00:52which is now anchored at the Sabina Shoal.

00:59Before 5 o'clock this morning, the BRP Cabra and the BRP Ingayno

01:04targeted the two PCG vessels that were supposed to arrive at the Sabina Shoal.

01:10The mission is to deliver supplies to the BRP Teresa Magbanwa.

01:14Past 9 o'clock in the morning,

01:16just 30 nautical miles away from the Boniluyan port in Puerto Princesa, Palawan,

01:21this ship was spotted by China.

01:23At 9.50 in the morning,

01:25it became two and seemed to be approaching the Philippine ships.

01:29Before 12 o'clock in the afternoon,

01:31the Chinese ships increased in numbers.

01:33While we were about to enter the Sabina Shoal,

01:36the Chinese and Philippine ships exchanged radio challenges.

01:41We were told not to respond.

01:43But despite what the PCG said,

01:45that they will just provide Unitarian assistance,

01:48to a PCG vessel there,

01:50they were not given.

01:52We are approaching the Sabina Shoal at the Philippine Coast Guard,

01:55which is just 25 nautical miles away

01:57from the Chinese ships.

02:00One of them is just 400 meters away from us.

02:07until it completely stopped.

02:09It temporarily stopped in the said area.

02:12While the PCG was surrounded by the Chinese ships.

02:16Before 2 o'clock in the afternoon,

02:18two of the China Coast Guard stopped us.

02:21And it increased even more.

02:23Not just one or two Chinese ships

02:26were in the way of the Philippine Coast Guard's BRP PCG,

02:30where we are now,

02:31but it was surrounded by Chinese ships.

02:35Some of them were from their Navy.

02:38Yesterday, the PCG's ships were surrounded by the BRP Cabra.

02:42It was stopped wherever it went.

02:44Until it completely left the area,

02:46past 4 o'clock in the afternoon,

02:48until we left.

02:50These ships were still stopped by the Chinese.

02:53They wanted to make sure

02:55that the Philippine ships were completely protected,

02:58even inside our exclusive economic zone.

03:01At the moment, the PCG's ships are returning to Puerto Princesa, Palawan,

03:06where we are now.

03:08Meanwhile, in a statement, China said

03:11that they did not have permission from the two ships of the Philippine Coast Guard

03:15to enter the Sabina Shoal.

03:17That's why they immediately controlled it

03:19because their Chinese Coast Guards were put in danger
