00:03:45I listened to the voices in my head
00:03:47But it seems as of late the voices I listen to most are each and every one of yours
00:04:04And I just want to thank you guys for singing along to my entrance music.
00:04:10I got some business to talk about, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the fact that
00:04:15you guys singing along to my music means the world to me.
00:04:20Even if it took you 15 years.

00:04:36Providence, listen to this.
00:04:48I have won a lot of titles throughout my career, but there's one title, one world title
00:04:54in particular that I love most, and it was the World Heavyweight Championship.
00:05:01Now the reason for that is that is the first world title that I won, and I'm the youngest
00:05:06man in history to have his name engraved on that belt.
00:05:15Ten years ago, I was given the honor, the privilege to unify the two world titles that
00:05:23we had at that time, and in that moment, I retired the World Heavyweight Championship
00:05:30with my name once again engraved on that title.
00:05:38Now a year ago, the new World Heavyweight Championship was reborn, but I wasn't here.
00:05:46Ladies and gentlemen, I was at home on my couch, recovering from spinal fusion surgery,
00:05:52and I didn't know if I would ever make it back to this ring.
00:05:55And I knew though, however, if God was going to, by the grace of God, allow me to compete,
00:06:01to perform one day again for each and every one of you, that I was going to do everything
00:06:05in my power to one day make sure that my name was engraved on the World Heavyweight
00:06:11Championship.
00:06:12And this Saturday in Berlin, I get my opportunity.
00:06:19New World Heavyweight Championship, new title, new legacy.
00:06:48Now I do know that I'll be stepping into enemy territory in Berlin.
00:06:59I also know that I will be facing a living legend to the people in Europe.
00:07:05Gunther is a legend over there.
00:07:11I also know that I will be facing a man whose head is shoved so far up his own ass that
00:07:22he has no idea, he doesn't even realize, that he'll be facing the most dangerous, decorated,
00:07:28controversial, yet successful wrestler that this industry has seen in almost 20 years.
00:07:49I grew up in front of each and every one of you.
00:08:04I signed my WWE contract when I was 19 years old.
00:08:11You guys have watched me grow up.
00:08:14You've watched me get humbled over and over and over again and learn from my mistakes
00:08:21over and over and over again.
00:08:25Until eventually, I had to step out from behind the shadows.
00:08:30I had to take out each one of those shadows one by one and earn every ounce of respect
00:08:36that comes with my name.
00:08:44Now when Gunther stepped foot in the WWE for the very first time, he was a 30-something
00:08:49year old egotistical prick.
00:08:54And that right there, that little tidbit, that might be the one thing that we actually
00:08:58have in common.
00:09:06Now the difference between Gunther and I is, as I said before, I was humbled.
00:09:12I was humbled.
00:09:13Gunther has never been put in his place, but this Saturday at the Bash in Berlin, that's
00:09:18exactly what I intend to do.
00:09:24All this match ever had to be about was the World Heavyweight Championship.
00:09:28That's all it ever had to be about, but Gunther wanted to make it personal.
00:09:33Gunther talked about my family.
00:09:36Gunther talked about all the demons that I've had to face, and Gunther, you're right, I've
00:09:40faced my share of demons in the past, and each one of those demons was tougher of an
00:09:46opponent than you were ever being.
00:09:49And I beat those demons just like I'm going to beat you this Saturday and become a 15-time
00:09:54World Heavyweight Champion.
