01:31and during this time he will retire, and he will not be able to become the Chief Justice.
01:35If the government wants to do this, then it cannot be done without constitutional reform.
01:38If constitutional reform is to be done, then it cannot be done without two-thirds.

01:45as a result of which specific sessions were given to the PTI,
