00:06But the street has recently undergone a transformation with colorful murals now adorning its sidewalk.

00:20The murals, which were completed in 2023, are part of the beautification effort by the Federal Territories Department

00:27under the Lestari Nyaga Kuala Lumpur initiative, which aims to modernize and upgrade local stalls.

00:34The murals beautifully depict local delicacies and the vibrant cultural tapestry of Malaysia.

00:41Mohamad Shaiful Hamzah, who has been selling ayam penyet at this location since 2003,

00:46said the murals have brought a fresh breath of life to the area.
