00:01:00I
00:01:18Called her 1,500 and ratio 8,000
00:01:26Talk of this
00:01:30Well, I think I've got the best hand but I'm a little short on money
00:01:34I'll tell you what
00:01:36I've got something better than that
00:01:39I've got a way out of this house
00:01:48So
00:01:50So what do I think it's worth
00:01:54With what's in the pot plus another thousand we didn't take on
00:02:00Okay by me
00:02:03Okay by me too
00:02:07Capsule for the Queen
00:02:11Beats my two fives
00:02:16I'd heard tell that fortunes were made and lost here in the Orient in a matter of minutes hours
00:02:23Well, that point had just been proven I lost my fortune in about two hours
00:02:32Before long I was to find out there were still some who just wouldn't believe that I was busted
00:02:38I
00:02:51Ever hope
00:02:54But now I've had it and I'm through
00:02:58Too bad you've known one love too many
00:03:01And
00:03:06Too bad
00:03:11That one
00:03:32You
00:03:45Vanilla the heart of the Far East
00:03:4927 days after Pearl Harbor the word for it
00:03:54chaos
00:03:56Here until a Japanese takeover
00:04:21Is there something I can do
00:04:24Shall I call a doctor
00:04:27My good man, I
00:04:30Understand you properly
00:04:32You're suffering from an overindulgence of the night before now
00:04:37Let me
00:04:39Let me recommend a remedy
00:04:42A special formula of an old Benedictine monk. I once knew
00:04:46Take a raw egg and beat it up in a warm cup of bacon fat
00:04:52Then swallow it down quickly and follow it with a glass of sour milk
00:05:07I hope I didn't say the wrong thing
00:05:17Oh
00:05:24Just don't mention that old Benedictine monk again
00:05:29Those poor people
00:05:31All rushing to find the way out of Manila
00:05:36Who wouldn't with a million Japs breathing down their necks?
00:05:40They're rushing me out of Manila and I don't really want to go
00:05:46You mean you've got a way out yes, I have a pass
00:05:52You see my parishioners are here they'll need me at a time like this
00:06:00How tall are you Padre, huh? Oh something over six foot I suppose. Why do you ask? Oh
00:06:08I I would just thinking
00:06:16Now I would never work I should stay give the past to someone more needy I said
00:06:24You know Padre you are absolutely right
00:06:28You know pretty soon. There's gonna be a lot of shooting going on around here
00:06:32People dying they're gonna need you here
00:06:36exactly
00:06:37You know Padre. I have a sudden desire to want to help you out of your predicament. Help me. Yes
00:06:43I know the top man at the airport
00:06:46One word from me and I know he'll give that pass to some deserving soul
00:06:51Yes, so understanding
00:06:53But you have to hurry plane leaves this afternoon
00:06:57Do you happen to have those papers or pass on you by any chance? It's in my room. Oh, but I'll get it
00:07:03No, no, no, no, I'll be happy to get it for you
00:07:06Oh good of you room 18, it's open you just stay there. I'll be right back
00:07:18What a nice man
00:07:30Those passes should have been here an hour ago, would you please call the embassy?
00:07:36Excuse me. Excuse me. Yes, I believe that all paid up. Ah and this envelope colonel Davis left for you
00:07:43I think it's those passes for you in the
00:07:45What happens don't tell me that you and those
00:07:53Girlie I would like to see those passes. Oh, what seems to be the trouble? He wants to see some passes
00:08:06I
00:08:30Sure hope the current doesn't change his mind
00:08:37Don't worry about it. I don't think you're well
00:08:56Unless you are good man, you are so understanding. Oh
00:09:03Hello father
00:09:06Bless you sister. Good afternoon
00:09:10I've got an idea. Oh father. Would you wait just a moment for me, please?

00:14:01Say excuse me father. You sure look familiar. Haven't we met someplace before?
00:14:08I'm afraid not colonel. You see my my parish is located in the deepest of jungle. This is father Osgood, colonel

00:19:02The plane crashed
00:19:08Are there there any others
00:19:13During the night
00:19:15At least we're all together. Thank the Lord for that. Now if we only knew where we were or where we're going
00:19:23Well, if I'm I'm not mistaken
00:19:25We're still someplace in the Philippine Islands
00:19:28It shouldn't be too long before
00:19:31We spot land
00:19:45Hey, isn't that land
00:19:51What is it father I
00:19:53Was just wondering if there were any of our little Japanese friends on that island. How do you cook?
00:19:58Well medium or charcoal broil, I'm so hungry I could eat a cannibal
00:20:04We'll have to drift out here until after dark and then move in
00:20:12Father would you would you would you hear my confession?
00:20:20Your confession
00:20:23It must
00:20:26That's a shame
00:20:28Maybe later in private. Is that a real-life gun?
00:20:34Yes, it is
00:20:35Gee father. I never knew a father who carries a real-life gun father
00:20:42Well, you see this this jungle that I operated in it was pretty rough
00:20:47Well, what I mean is this this jungle where where I had my parish it was it was pretty rough
00:20:53I guess so. I mean you black eye and everything. Oh, I
00:21:00Think we can start growing in now
00:21:17You
00:21:32Stay down meet me over there by the trees now take everything with you. I'll deflate the raft and be there in a minute
00:21:46I
00:22:13Think we're safe here
00:22:15We'd better find a place for the night, then we'll look around the first thing in the morning
00:22:19Father you're Catholic my what you're Catholic. Whoa
00:22:25The robe
00:22:29Well, good morning sisters
00:22:45Oh

00:23:07Hey, this is really living breakfast in bed
00:23:15If he wasn't a priest and he was alone on this tropical island with all of us
00:23:20Say that wow, you amazed me father
00:23:25Well miss when when you kicked around I mean when you've had as many experiences as I've had in this world
00:23:31Nothing would be too amazing
00:23:34And I thought that the man of the cloth sort of clubbed himself up in monasteries and just rad and rad
00:23:41Gee isn't he great. I mean all those crocodiles and everything
00:23:48Now listen girls
00:23:51Even though he's a man. He's also a priest. I
00:23:55Mean, he isn't supposed to be a man. I mean, he isn't supposed to be interested in girls except in a very fatherly way
00:24:03Confession is okay
00:24:06Don't tell him everything
00:24:08Everything
00:24:13Well, how about some papaya
00:24:18Oh
00:24:19Wow, it's a very nice stream down below
00:24:23After you young ladies have finished and you'd like to go down there and cool off
00:24:27But remember stay close together and if you get lost around here, we can be in real trouble
00:24:32Did you hear that girls? I just stay close together and from now on father Osgood is the boss
00:24:38Anything he says go
00:24:41Well, let's just sort of think of me as sort of a temporal advisor if I can comfort any of you in any way well
00:24:49Feel free to come to me
00:24:51You are so sympathetic and kind father. I hope I can always come to you when I need you well
00:24:58You can certainly count on my confidence and please do come to me whenever you desire
00:25:04Thank you father I shall I'm ready for the water. Oh me too
00:25:09Yes, I I think we maybe all had better cool off a little bit
00:25:13Now just remember stay close together

00:25:29These waters are hot sister I could carry you. Oh
00:25:35Thank you anyway father it's not very far is it no no, no, it's not much further. Let's move on

00:34:27He's leaving
00:34:29Do you think you could find a place where we were last night? Yeah, I'm sure we can meet me there
00:34:34I don't leave anything behind
00:34:38Josie oh
00:34:42Oh, thank you father. Oh, thank you father
00:34:49Well

00:34:56Thank you sister better get those on
00:35:02Hurry on up there
00:35:26Oh
00:35:56Oh
00:36:27Oh
00:36:40Hey buddy
00:36:57Oh
00:37:02Sorry
00:37:07Fucker
00:37:13You know who what do I do?
00:37:18Then no hate oh, you'll be
00:37:20tiny bone take off no
00:37:23tiny
00:37:25Come on
00:37:55He has been gone a long time
00:38:25I
00:38:28Think something could have happened to him
00:38:32What are we gonna do without the father will you stop with my nerves you're being nervous is making me nervous
00:38:39So don't make me nervous
00:38:41Now if you'll all just relax, I'm sure he'll be back
00:38:46All we have to do is wait
00:38:49Wait
00:38:52Hey father all's good father
00:38:55Father all's good. Is everything all right up here? Yes, we were beginning to be worried a little what about you?
00:39:03Well, I'm all right. I'm afraid I've got some bad news
00:39:08Well, there's a
00:39:09Jap radio shack on the island. Well, that mouth is up this little island
00:39:13We might as well drag out the raft again and look for another sandbox
00:39:16Well, maybe not as far as I could tell there are only two on the island
00:39:21Maybe we could capture them with what you got honey. You could capture a whole regiment
00:39:29No, no, I I think for the time being it's best if we just sort of stay out of their way
00:39:33Don't don't let on that. We're even here. I
00:39:36Don't think we have too much to worry about. There are only two of them and frankly, I think they're
00:39:41They're both as loony as bedbugs
00:39:44They're undoubtedly in constant radio contact with the mainland
00:39:47Now if we try to get rid of them their superiors would figure something was wrong and come here to check on them see
00:39:53Well, we could just be in Boku trouble. What would happen Dan? We could probably play musical chairs with a whole Japanese army
00:40:00Yeah, that's that's about it
00:40:03So the best thing for now is to sort of play hide-and-seek with them
00:40:07Which means we're gonna have to maintain a sentry system as a matter of fact
00:40:12It might be a good idea to sort of study their habits find out what they do during the day
00:40:17Well, if we're lucky we could sort of share this island without there even knowing it
00:40:23Well, another thing we're gonna have to do is find a safe place to stay and I think I've done that so let's move
00:40:39Easy here
00:40:42Oh
00:40:54Boy my feet hurt
00:40:58At this point I'd rather surrender than take another step
00:41:04Well, it's just a few more feet girls if you feel you can make it
00:41:08Let's go just stay together and keep quiet
00:41:13Oh
00:41:25Well
00:41:27There it is there. What is it new home?

00:41:47Come girl follow father
00:41:54I think the father slipped his lid. Our suite is just ahead dear dear sister
00:42:02All right, honey. Come on. I
00:42:08Think
00:42:13Oh
00:42:14How quaint I
00:42:17Close the lid father. You don't have a thing to worry about. Oh, that's good. Oh, I just love fresh-cut flowers
00:42:27This is it now
00:42:33God bless you
00:42:36Oh
00:42:38Bless you, I think I thought I had time to honey. That was me
00:42:45Well, this isn't exactly like home but we'll just have to call it that for the time being
00:42:50Yeah, quite right father. Just how long would you say the time being will be being?
00:42:55Well, that's that's gonna be kind of hard to say
00:42:59You know, I think we can have a fire here tonight
00:43:01Leaves will sort of filter the smoke. I don't think we can be seen
00:43:05I'll go out and round up some wood. Perhaps one of you girls should come along and sort of stand watch
00:43:17Gloria you mind
00:43:21Oh, no, not at all father
00:43:23The rest of you sisters can sort of clean up around here and make yourselves comfortable

01:08:28And the cowboy, he snuck right into the middle of the Indian camp.
01:08:35And he never got caught.
01:08:38How much closer to the middle do you think we could get?
01:08:44Josie, please.

01:09:06And there are many of them around.
01:09:08I think we can get closer.
01:09:10Right into the middle of them.
01:09:12Let's move out.
01:09:14Right that way.
01:09:15Get your helmets on.

01:28:10Yeah, well, General, I think a box of cigars would be just fine.
01:28:14Good. Good luck.
01:28:15He's not a father.
