00:09According to the DOH, Mpox case number 13 is a 26-year-old woman from Metro Manila.
00:16Her symptoms started to show up on August 20.
00:20She did not travel for three weeks before her symptoms showed up.
00:26Two of her close contacts, who are said to have no symptoms, were treated.
00:31Now, she is getting better and is being taken care of by local health authorities.
00:39Mpox case number 14 is a 12-year-old man from Calabarzon.
00:45He was diagnosed with symptoms on August 10.
00:49He did not travel for three weeks before his symptoms showed up.
00:53According to the DOH, he is still getting better at home and is being taken care of.
01:00Among the symptoms of Mpox are skin rash,
01:03mucosal lesions,
01:05swelling lymph nodes and sore throat,
01:08itching and back pain,
01:10headache and shortness of breath.
