00:00Paralympian Tanni Grey-Thompson says apologies are not enough after she was forced to crawl out of the train from Leeds to London.
00:10She had got assistance onto the train at the Leeds station but then on the LNER service when it came to getting off the train in London there was no one around to help.
00:21She managed to crawl by herself off the train and get her bag as well as her wheelchair off the train.
00:27Tanni Grey-Thompson had actually been making her way to the Paralympics in Paris for the opening ceremony.
