00:00Good evening, Luzon Visayas and Mindanao.
00:04The court is now in contempt of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
00:10DILG Secretary Benjuer Abalos, PNP Chief Rommel Francisco Marvil, and several other officials.
00:18The police is still standing in the compound.
00:21They are going to file a warrant of arrest against Pastor Apollo Quibuloy even though there is a temporary protection order from the RTC.
00:29In the midst of the tight security there, the police is trying to fool the people that they are going to blow up the Cathedral of KOJC.
00:38And from Davao City, we are live with Cyril Chavez of GMA Regional TV. Cyril.
00:47Mel, Emil, Vicky, today the court also issued a clarificatory order where the DPO gave the warrant of execution.
00:57But according to the court, this does not mean that the warrant of execution will be stopped against Pastor Apollo Quibuloy and his accomplices.
01:14Despite the temporary protection order issued by Davao City Regional Trial Court,
01:19the police did not back down and did not leave the compound of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
01:25This is in the middle of their mission to serve the warrant of arrest against the KOJC founder, Pastor Apollo Quibuloy for the case of human trafficking and child abuse.
01:38None of the police left, they slept on the benches.
01:43According to KOJC, from 7am to 9am, the PNP started again using their ground penetrating radar on the Cathedral of the Compound.
01:55This is the device that can detect sounds and heartbeats even underground.
02:02This became the basis of why the PNP believes that Quibuloy is in an underground bunker inside the compound.
02:10Because the KOJC did not leave the police, they slept again in Davao RTC early in the morning.
02:16Early in the morning, they wanted the DILG Secretary Benjor Abalos, PNP Chief Romel Francisco Marbil and several other officials to be contempted by the court
02:27because the police continued to stay in the KOJC compound under the temporary protection order.
02:34According to the legal chief of KOJC, Atty. Israeli Tutorion, this is their move to remove the presence of the PNP inside the KOJC compound.
02:43The essence of it is that I am asking them to be contempted.
02:48Maybe they will not grant it right away, but at least we have grounds and if we will be able to present evidence later on, maybe they will grant it.
03:02On the fifth day of the arrest warrant, the GMA Regional TV and other members of the media entered the KOJC compound.
03:11Upon entering the gate, there were bars where several members of the KOJC were held.
03:18They were allowed to go out and enter inside.
03:21According to the court's order to the police to remove all barricades blocking the access of the members,
03:28several police officers were guarding the side of the cathedral, even though their riot shields were already on the road.
03:34There were still no members of the KOJC inside.
03:39The GMA Integrated News also passed in front of the Jose Maria College building,
03:44where it was heard that several members of the KOJC were being interrogated.
03:49Inside the compound, there were also gunshot wounds on the walls next to several police officers.
03:56While the members of the media and several police officers were walking around,
04:00several members of the KOJC were being harassed and did not allow the media to proceed.
04:07The police officer of the Regional Office 11 also lied.
04:11The news was that the KOJC was only given two hours by the PNP to surrender Pastor Apollo Quiboloy
04:18before they tried to blow up the KOJC Cathedral.
04:20Another lie is being spread by the KOJC that we will blow up their compound.
04:30Just like the lie that they are saying that we are pushing them with water and electricity.
04:36Last night, the KOJC compound's lights were beautiful.
04:40Earlier, Jenelyn Bingel, a KOJC missionary, also appeared in front of the media
04:46to clarify that she is not a victim of human trafficking.
04:50First, the PNP said that the 52-year-old member of the KOJC was with them.
04:56Second, they were rescued from inside the KOJC compound
05:00after their relatives asked for help because they could not get out of the compound.
05:06Her son was worried because he could not be contacted.
05:10I was not forced to speak here.
05:13What happened to my son,
05:14because the last time I went here,
05:19he was really looking for me because he could not contact me.
05:24Then, when my son and I saw each other,
05:28I contacted the WTA and the police.
05:33We went outside.
05:35But we did not know that he had a misdiagnosis.
05:44Vicky, for now, the tension between the two groups is low
05:48if we are going to involve them like we did in the past days.
05:51Now, the KOJC wants to grant their request to the court
05:56to remove the presence of the police inside the compound
05:59which is a nuisance to their daily life.
06:04Vicky.
06:06Thank you very much, Cyril Chavez of GMA Regional TV.
