Nabalot ng tensyon ang pagsisilbi ng mga warrant of arrest laban kina Pastor Apollo Quiboloy at 5 iba pa sa Davao City. Humarang kasi ang ilang miyembro ng Kingdom of Jesus Christ at may nambomba pa ng tubig sa mga pulis! Pero bigo pa ring may maaresto sa mga operasyon na ginamitan na ng helicopter.

00:12 and police were bombarded with water.

00:14 But there were still some arrested for the operations

00:33 who were allowed to enter the properties of Pastor Apollo Q. Buloy

00:37 here in Davao City to serve the warrants of arrest against him and five others.

00:47 This is how high the tension was when the police arrived

00:50 outside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Buhangin, Davao City

00:54 to serve the warrants of arrest against KOJC founder Pastor Apollo Q. Buloy

01:01 and five others in the cases of child abuse, sexual abuse,

01:05 and violation of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act.

01:09 You can see in the video the police preparing to climb the fence.

01:14 But it was stopped by members of KOJC.

01:25 The police flooded the area with a firetruck.

01:34 Some police were able to climb the roof of the firetruck

01:37 but they were stopped by supporters of Q. Buloy.

01:46 Some were injured.

01:48 The police were completely swept away.

01:55 The members of KOJC said that they did not have any documents

01:58 that the police presented to them.

02:11 The situation calmed down when the KOJC lawyer called

02:15 the former president Rodrigo Duterte

02:17 who was interrogated in the compound.

02:19 The former president is now serving as the administrator of KOJC.

02:23 The police will just serve.

02:25 The lawyers of the pastors will just tell stories.

02:29 If the lawyer is not able to prove that he has a warrant against the pastor,

02:36 he will just surrender to the police.

02:39 When the KOJC lawyers arrived and the police presented the warrant to the court,

03:50 in accordance with his firmness in facing the Senate hearings.

03:55 Q. Buloy will be counted as one of 2022

03:58 on the Wanted List of the Federal Bureau of Investigation of America

04:04 including sex trafficking by force,

04:06 fraud and coercion,

04:07 conspiracy,

04:08 and bulk cash smuggling.

04:10 At 8 in the morning,

04:12 the police withdrew from the KOJC compound.

04:15 Aside from the headquarters of KOJC,

04:18 the police also went to several properties of Q. Buloy,

04:21 next to Glory Mountain in Barangay Tamayong.

04:24 In the CCTV footage,

04:25 the police broke into the gate of the compound.

04:29 But members of KOJC came out from inside

04:33 and tried to stop the police.

04:35 There is a resistance in Glory Mountain

04:40 that we need to break the fence.

04:44 But if we look at the rule,

04:48 in the criminal procedure section 11,

04:51 the officer has the right to break into the building or in the closure

04:58 if we think that the subject of the warrant of arrest is inside.
