Guardians Rally to Beat Royals, Maintain AL Central Lead

00:00AC looking for a four-game series sweep over the Guardians in the land and it
00:09got off to a great start. Our two guys Michael Massey and Vinny P, the
00:13Pasquatch Pasquantino, both homering in the top of the first. The Royals had a
00:185-2 lead after six. The two teams entered yesterday tied for the top spot
00:23in the American League Central. The Royals were looking at the first place
00:27alone by themselves in the division but then the Guardians rally scoring four
00:32runs in the top of or in the bottom of the seventh rather adding on some
00:36insurance in the eighth. They come all the way back to win 7-5 over
00:40KC avoiding the sweep and standing back atop the American League Central with a
00:45game advantage. Yeah WACA was left in just a little bit too long in that game
00:50but good teams like the Cleveland Guardians are gonna be able to pull out
00:53some of these type of victories where you thought it was going to be a loss
00:56but I got to tell you I was actually rooting and I didn't have a single
00:59wager on the Royals or the Guardians on the season or the game yesterday. I just
01:03wanted to see like can the Royals go in there and beat the Guardians again and
01:07take that psychological advantage we've been fighting all season long that we
01:11are actually in first place. That's such a big time win for the Guardians just
01:16not to let them get that leg up on saying you know what now we passed you
01:20you're in the rearview mirror and watch us try to extend this lead to have a
01:23comeback victory for the Guardians in that big of a spot in late August that
01:28was something to watch and gives you a little bit of hope saying that fight is
01:31still there because I would have loved to seen if Kansas City took control that
01:34division and if they were able to keep control of that division heading into
01:38early September.
