00:02Not great, if I'm honest, but I guess that's sport, so yeah.

00:07Physically, or, you know, please tell us that you're okay physically,

00:11is it just frustration that you're not feeling good?

00:14Yeah, I think, yeah, I went down on my knee, which is a little bit sore,

00:17and my MS was, my tone was bad, so it doesn't really help

00:22when you're trying to ride a bicycle.

00:24But other than that, I'm, yeah, just emotionally just a bit all over the place.

00:28I hate having to ask you this in this case, can you just talk us through

00:31what happened at the start? We weren't sure if it was mechanical or what happened.

00:35Yeah, it was a weird one, I didn't feel comfortable in the gate,

00:38and then when I started, I think just, so my right side is my weaker side,

00:42unfortunately, with a condition like mine, riding can't always be perfect,

00:46and I think I just overcompensated and just couldn't balance on my weaker side,

00:51and just, yeah, it's all over the shop.
