00:00The Social Security System, or SSS, conducted the Run Against Contribution Evaders, or RACE campaign
00:08in their business establishments in the province of Rizal today.
00:11This is part of the implementation of the R.A. 11199, or SSS Act of 2018.
00:17According to the SSS Tanay Branch, five business establishments in Tanay and three in Morong
00:23were given a Notice of Violation
00:25because of the non-payment of contributions by 64 employees.
00:30The SSS recorded 4.3 million pesos delinquencies,
00:35which is made up of 3.1 million pesos unpaid contributions and 1.2 million pesos penalties.
00:42The business establishments were given 15 days to arrange their delinquency
00:49or other documents they need.
00:51The SSS assured that they have prepared a program for the delinquent business establishments.
00:59Now, the SSS is offering a condonation program to the employers.
01:04They need to show their financial statement that they are net loss during their delinquency period.
01:11Otherwise, they cannot avail of the condonation program.
01:15But they can always avail of our installment program.
