00:00Sticky hoisin corn ribs are the perfect way to soak up these last few weeks of summer.
00:04You start by cutting your corn in half, then in half again to make these perfect size ribs.
00:08It's easier than you think. They get seasoned with smoked paprika and black pepper and a little
00:12lime zest before going in the oven. But the real magic is the sauce. Starting with hoisin,
00:17lots of garlic, miso, honey, and lime juice. Cook it until it's thick. Then when the corn
00:21ribs are done, toss them in a bowl with the sauce and get it in all the cracks.
