00:00Hey Corn on the Cop fans, have you tried corn ribs? Let's go make them.
00:03Start with fresh corn from the farmer's market. I microwave my corn to make it easy to shuck.
00:08I use clean garden gloves because it gets a little warm and this makes it easier to get the corn out.
00:12Cut the corn in half crosswise. Then turn each half on its wide end standing up and cut in half
00:18again. Turn it on its cut side down and then cut in half one more time. Combine all the tasty spices
00:24together and then use a whisk to stir them together with the melted butter. Then pour
00:28them over the corn and stir it together so everything gets coated nicely. Dump the seasoned
00:33corn onto the hot grill and turn it occasionally just to make sure every piece gets nice and
00:37charred. Finish it up with a little lime, some salt, and a tasty cilantro ranch dipping sauce.
00:45That dipping sauce is great. You should try this.
