00:05but he is not connected to Malacanang.

00:08The suspect is under arrest for fraud that has long been conspired by the NBI.

01:18Malacanang has long been introducing the suspect to his writings and projects.

01:25He is reviewing the requirements.

01:26He will go directly to the Office of the President.

01:29Under these circumstances, his violation is Article 177 of the Revised Penal Code,

01:35which is the usurpation of authority.

01:40who is now in jail at the NBI Retention Facility in Bilibid.
