The Surah Yaseen is 36th chapter of Quran. it has 83 verses. it’s an early Makkan Surah. The Prophet ﷺ called it “The Heart of the Quran”. The Surah describes Allah’s amazing creative power and invites the reader to reflect on creation: a marvel of incredible complexity and beauty. Attention is drawn to the lifeless earth and how it comes to life after rain, concluding that this is how Allah will bring the dead to life. The Trumpet will herald the day of Judgement when justice will be done. Evidence of one’s good and bad deeds will not come, just from the records but, human limbs will speak out too. Indisputable evidence. A vivid account of the delights of Paradise shows how its residents will see Allah in His Glory and Majesty. The surah emphasizes the divine source of the Quran and defends it from the charge of being poetry made by man. It warns of the fate of men who are stubborn and always mock God’s revelations. They are reminded of the punishment that befell earlier generations, and of God’s power as shown in His Creation. The end of the surah gives strong arguments for the reality of the Resurrection. #سورة يس,# surah yaseen # surah yasin

00:00In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:10O Seen
00:14By the Wise Qur'an
00:18Verily, you are of the Messengers
00:22On a Straight Path
00:26A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful
00:30That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, for they are heedless
00:40Verily, the Word has come into effect on most of them, but they do not believe
00:48Verily, We have placed in their necks a cover, and it is to their chins, so that they are blind
01:01And We have placed a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them, so that they do not see
01:13And it is the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe
01:23You warn only those who follow the Reminder and fear the Most Gracious in the unseen
01:31So give him glad tidings of forgiveness and a noble reward
01:37Verily, We give life to the dead, and We record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and We have recorded all things in a clear record
01:53And set forth for them an example of the people of the town when the Messengers came to it
02:03When We sent to them two, but they denied them, so We strengthened a third, and they said,
02:14Verily, We are sent to you
02:19They said, You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Gracious has not sent down anything. You are but lying
02:36They said, Our Lord knows that we have been sent to you, and we are only responsible for the manifest trial
02:51They said, Verily, we have been sent to you, and if you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and a painful torment will surely touch you from us
03:09They said, Your bird is with you, if you are reminded, but you are a transgressing people
03:23And there came from the farthest part of the city a man running, he said, O my people, follow the Messengers
03:34Follow those who do not ask you for a reward, and they are rightly guided
03:41And it is not for me that I worship the One who created me, and to Him you will be returned
03:50Should I take besides Him gods? If the Most Gracious intends for me harm, their intercession will not avail me in the least, nor will they save me
04:07Verily, then I am in manifest error
04:14Verily, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me
04:21It was said, Enter Paradise
04:25He said, Oh, I wish my people knew
04:30What my Lord has forgiven me and made me of the honored
04:37And We did not send down upon his people after him any army from the sky, nor would We have sent them down
04:55It was not but a single blast, and at once they were dead
05:05Oh, what a loss for the servants
05:10There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him
05:19Did they not see how many generations We had destroyed before them, that to them they would not return
05:30And all of them, when they were gathered before Us, were brought forth
05:38And a sign for them is the dead earth. We gave it life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they ate
05:50And We placed therein gardens of date-palms and vines, and We caused therein to burst forth springs
06:04That they may eat of its fruit, and that which their hands have produced. Will they not, then, be grateful
06:14Exalted is He Who created the pairs, all of them, from that which the earth produces, and from themselves, and from that which they know not
06:28And a sign for them is the night. We bring forth from it the day, and at once they are oppressed
06:37And the sun runs to its fixed place. That is the determination of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing
06:47And the moon, We have determined its phases, until it returns to you, like the old crescent
06:56The sun should not reach the moon, nor should the night overtake the day. And each is in an orbit, swimming
07:13And a sign for them is that We carried their offspring in a loaded ship
07:22And We created for them from the like of it that which they ride
07:29And if We will, We can drown them, but there is no cry for them, nor can they be saved
07:38Except as a mercy from Us and a provision for a time
07:45And when it is said to them, Be mindful of that which is before you and that which is behind you, that you may be shown mercy
07:55And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord, except that they turn away from them
08:07And when it is said to them, Spend from that which Allah has provided for you, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, Shall we feed those whom Allah would have willed to feed? You are not but in manifest error
08:33And they say, When will this promise come to pass, if you are truthful?
08:41They do not see except a single cry which overtakes them while they dispute
08:52And they are not able to make a commandment, nor do they return to their families
09:03And the trumpet is blown, and at once they are from the graves to their Lord, weeping
09:13They say, Woe to us! Who has raised us from our bed? This is what the Most Merciful promised, and the Messengers spoke the truth
09:27It is not but a single cry, and at once they are all brought before Us
09:38So this Day no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do
09:49Verily, the dwellers of Paradise this Day are in a fruitful occupation
09:57They and their spouses are in shade on couches, reclining
10:06They will have therein fruit, and they will have that which they desire
10:13Peace is a word from a Merciful Lord
10:19And seek refuge this Day, O you who are criminals
10:25Did I not make a covenant to you, O Children of Adam, that you should not worship Satan?
10:35Verily, he is to you a manifest enemy
10:41And that you worship me, this is a straight path
10:50And indeed he has led astray many of you, did you not then understand?
11:00This is Hell, which you were promised
11:07Enter it this Day, because you used to disbelieve
11:13This Day We will seal their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will bear witness to what they used to earn
11:28And if We willed, We could have wiped their eyes, but they hastened to the path, so how could they see?
11:42And if We willed, We could have wiped them from their place, but they could not pass on, nor could they return
11:54And whosoever We give life to, We cause him to die in creation. Will they not then understand?
12:03And We have not taught him poetry, nor is it necessary for him. It is only a Reminder and a clear Qur'an
12:15To warn him who is alive, and the Word will be justified against the disbelievers
12:25Do they not see that We have created for them from that which Our hands have made cattle, and they are its owners
12:39And We have made it low for them, and from it they ride, and from it they eat
12:47And for them therein are benefits and drinkings. Will they not then be grateful?
12:54And they have taken other gods besides Allah, that they might be helped
13:02They are not able to help them, and for them there are armies to be brought
13:11So let not their speech grieve you. Verily, We know what they conceal and what they declare
13:21Do they not see that We have created man from a sperm, and behold, he is a manifest adversary
13:33And he sets forth for Us a parable, and he forgets his own creation. He says, Who will give life to bones while they are scattered?
13:44Say, He will give life to it who created it the first time, and He is Knowing of every creation
13:56Who made for you from the tree the green fire, and when you burn therefrom
14:09Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create like them?
14:20Yes, and He is the All-Knowing Creator
14:25His command, when He wills a thing, is only to say to it, Be, and it is
14:38So exalted is He in Whose hand is the dominion of all things, and to Him you will be returned
