17:38Rob has the night off.

17:39We begin our holiday the same way many of you began, sharing thanks and worship.

17:44Hundreds gathered at First United Methodist Church in downtown Colorado Springs.

17:48Over a half-dozen denominations came together today in church.

17:52The different clergy shared leading the service.

17:55Those involved say this special worship service helped erase a lot of barriers.

18:00Here we are as a people of God, gathered together as a people of God.

18:05We acknowledge that God is the source of all of our blessings,

18:09and there are no denominational lines at that point of gratitude.

18:14This is the 28th Thanksgiving service where area churches have come together as one.

18:20And lots of kitchens were in full swing today,

18:23but if you think feeding your family was a lot of work, imagine cooking.
