00:23The flood reached Gutter Deep on several roads.

00:35In Baau, some stalls were flooded into a market.

00:39They were placed on higher fences so that the stalls would not get wet.

00:44Some canals and creeks in Viracat and Duanes were flooded, leading to the streets.

00:50Some trees fell due to the strong wind.

00:54In Albay, it was difficult to cross the road due to the heavy rainfall.

00:59Some children jumped into the river on the side of the road.
