00:00We would like to inform you that these two sets of AeroTrain have arrived last week and now we have entered the installation phase, and after this we will enter the testing and commissioning phase.
00:18This phase will take a few months, 4 to 5 months, for all the tests that are required for each component.
00:28Starting from static testing, which is to see whether the aircon works or not, electrification and so on.
00:38And after that, in the coming months, in October, dynamic testing will begin.
00:46That is, this train will be tested using the actual track.
00:51That is, they will repeat.
00:53So I want to advise passengers and other people, starting next month, if you see this train moving but it is empty.
01:05It is being tested.
01:07Maybe some people say, why is the train moving?
01:11We do not allow passengers to get on.
01:13That is because the test is being carried out.
01:15The test is needed, very much needed, because we want to ensure that all these systems run well.
01:22And after that, we also need to test the integration of all the systems.
01:27Because this one AeroTrain has many components.
01:30Electrification, power, signaling, and their systems.
01:35So all the components need to be integrated and tested as best as possible.
01:41Before submitting it to the last test by the APAD.
01:47So APAD is expected to start the last test in mid-January.
01:54So if all these tests can be carried out well and all pass the test,
02:02then this AeroTrain is expected to start operating by the end of January.
02:09Our target is January 31.
02:12To start operating.
02:14If everything goes well and everything passes the test.
02:17I have informed the MHB and the contractor.
02:22Next year is the first year for the country.
02:25Because we will expand ASEAN.
02:28So there are many international meetings.
02:31Many passengers, guests of the country.
02:34And also government officials from all over ASEAN.
02:40Will visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia next year.
02:44So of course we hope that this AeroTrain is ready to receive visitors and passengers.
02:53So now we see that this train is only white.
02:57But the actual face or the final face will change.
03:03Because there will be wrapping outside.
03:06And of course the wrapping will promote Malaysia.
03:10Especially to visit Malaysia in 2026.
03:14So starting from the 31st of January.
03:17Will the bus service be fully stopped?
03:21No.
03:22I have informed the MHB.
03:25Although this AeroTrain is operating again.
03:29Hopefully by the 31st of January.
03:31But the bus service can be stopped.
03:34Because we want, first, there are options.
03:37Especially in terms of passenger movements now.
03:40There are many.
03:41So if there are two options.
03:43AeroTrain and bus.
03:45It will make it easier to travel.
03:47Maybe sometimes if it's rush hour.
03:50Maybe the AeroTrain is crowded.
03:52But you can also take the bus.
03:54Because the bus is also very crowded.
