00:17My fellow countrymen, the weather in Baguio will continue to improve as the Southwest Monsoon or Hanging Habaga continues to pass by.

00:26Signal No. 2 in Ilocos Norte, Apayau, Eastern portion of Calinga, Cagayan, Babuyan Islands, Isabela, Quirino, and Northern portion of Aurora.

00:36Signal No. 1 in Metro Manila, Batanes, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Eastern portion of Pangasinan, Abra, remaining portion of Calinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Benguet.

00:48Also included are Nueva Vizcaya, remaining portion of Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Eastern portion of Bulacan, Rizala, Northeastern portion of Laguna, and Northeastern portion of Quezon.

00:59Also included are the Polilio Islands.

01:01Be prepared for the strong gust of wind that also includes rains, so be extra careful for the residents.

01:08It will also be dangerous to spread to areas under the wind signals and areas affected by the storm.

01:16It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon when the storm landed in the area of Maycasigunan, Aurora.

01:23And in the latest bulletin of Pag-asa, the center of the storm passed by here in the vicinity of Madela, Quirino.

01:31The strong gust of wind reached 85 kilometers per hour and it will reach 140 kilometers per hour.

01:39It will move north-northwest at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour.

01:44According to the forecast track of Pag-asa, it will continue to move north-northwest or north-northwest.

01:50It will pass through Cagayan Valley or Cordillera Region until it reaches Babuyan Channel.
