00:00Ben Robson, head coach of Faber Jiu-Jitsu, first-degree black belt, six-time Jiu-Jitsu
00:07champion, two-time British catch wrestling champion, bronze medalist at
00:11Uranogi, a black belt and Italian champion. I've been running Faber Jiu-Jitsu now
00:1518 months, it's gone from strength to strength, now we've got world champions
00:19and UFC fighters training with us, the team's ever-growing, everyone's training
00:22hard, kind of working together, community is fantastic, so built everything I
00:27thought I would and more in a very short space of time. I always knew where I
00:31started Jiu-Jitsu, it was never the best place to start, over the past year I've
00:36probably the best success since going away from a full-time team to start in
00:39the gym myself, just through enjoying training more and I always think about
00:43leading from the front, it gives you that added pressure but also it's a very big
00:46motivation, hard work beats talent and talent doesn't work hard, the next year or so
00:49is kind of truly established myself as one of the best athletes in Europe, smart
00:53training, hard work, great atmosphere, I think we're just going to thrive.
