00:26National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea spokesperson Commodore J. Tariella says
00:31one of China's vessels blew its horn upon learning that the BRP Teresa Magbanwa was
00:35dropping its anchor.
00:37This is the seventh incident of harassment caused by China in Philippine waters in August
00:41and the third near or within the waters of Escoda Shoal.
00:44CCG vessels also caused structural damage to BRP Bagacay and BRP Cape Inganyo last August
00:5019.
