00:00It's 5 o'clock in the afternoon but the situation in Barangay Santo Domingo in Intarizal is still the same.

00:09There are still a lot of places that are flooded.

00:11And because it's homecoming, a lot of people are having a hard time riding.

00:14That's why a lot of people from work are riding the truck that was sent by the local government to be able to go home.

00:23In Felix Avenue, a lot of people are just walking to be able to go home.

00:26Some of them are riding the rescue truck that we are riding.

00:29Some of them are saying that the flood was forced so that they can buy food.

00:46There are also a lot of subdivisions that are flooded.

00:48Like the Village East Subdivision that we entered to see the situation.

00:53We are now riding the rescue truck of Barangay Santo Domingo here in Intarizal.

00:58We are now going around the Village East Subdivision

01:02where since just this morning, the flood was forced.

01:06Now, it's 6 o'clock in the evening.

01:10The flood has already decreased to Bayuang and Dibdib.

01:16But there are also a lot of residents who are not going to Alintanang to Dibdib to buy food.

01:21Some of them are riding a boat or a makeshift boat.

01:25We were able to get Jey home.

01:27He brought his cooler and the food that they are going to eat tonight.

01:31We bought food at the junction.

01:34We don't have stock at home anymore.

01:36Vincent is trying to reach the motorcycle that was left outside.

01:43I don't know, maybe it was hit by the flood.

01:45On our way around, we were also able to accompany Tata Rudy who is pushing his bicycle in the flood.

01:50He still came from his house in Alabang.

01:53He is working as a welder inside the subdivision.

01:56I will be able to enter tomorrow if the flood stops.

02:05Aside from the houses, there are also cars that were submerged in the flood.

02:08Some of them were already insured and were locked in a high part of their cars.

02:13As of now, almost 90 percent of our vehicles are submerged here in Barangay Santo Domingo.

02:19We are a catch basin.

02:20The water that comes from Antipolo and the nearby towns that are next to us,

02:24that's where the flood water really comes from.

02:26Some perimeter fences in Cainta are even more flooded.

02:30The flood water entered the area of Cainta quickly.

02:35There is one in Village East, there is one in Barangay San Isidro.
