00:1270% of Barangay Santo Domingo here in Cahinta Rizal was submerged in the flood due to the storm Enteng.

00:20According to the barangay's captain, Captain Janice Taxagon, some subdivisions here were submerged in the flood.

00:31It's 5 o'clock in the afternoon but the situation is still the same in Barangay Santo Domingo, Cahinta Rizal.

00:37There are still a lot of places that were submerged in the flood.

00:40And because it's homecoming, a lot of people had a hard time riding.

00:43That's why a lot of people from work are riding the truck that was sent by the local government to go home.

00:51In Felix Avenue, a lot of people are just walking to go home.

00:55Some are riding the rescue truck of the barangay.

00:58Some of them were washed away by the flood so that they can buy food.

01:04We were surprised earlier because the water was high but our house didn't reach it.
