02:33Chimenet like the content of my answer.

02:36But I am answering.

02:39Critics like national artist for literature Virgilio Almario used Chimenet in a satire

02:43of her intransigence.

02:45Journalist Danilo Arao and politician Erin Taniada say the focus should be on the budget,

02:49not the way Duterte pronounces words.

02:51But Carlos Conde of Human Rights Watch says poking fun at Chimenet is an expression of

02:55political dissent.
